UK Bread anon gonna try posting a a multi-part post on the status of dating the NSA traf/ROT/LISA pics. Prob has been that most anons on QR don’t know most of the small details (moving parts) necessary to understand them.
As for the Embankment pics, many markers were used to steer us towards Christmas 2013: the paint on the funnel of Tattershall Castle changed in 2015. The blue Boris bikes seen in the Corinthia Hotel/ROT1 pics were changed out in April 2014. A certain white backlit at night for night time construction shroud at Westminster Palace (Parliament) existed from NOV2013 to JAN2014. A building light pattern on a building seen in background of LISAMI6 which matches a series of Getty pics taken on 25DEC.
The lesser known important markers for non-UK Bread anons: The Moon in ROT1 @ a bearing of 151.5 degrees. The dolphin next to the RS HISPANIOLA seen at a position relative to the ship indicates a very high tide kevel. (Note: we never found a picture of the RS Hispaniola riding higher relative to her dolphin.) Just the one picture, ROT1 has two time markers, a Moon at 151.5 degrees and a night time high tide, that can be used together to bracket a time of the day during a 3-day time period between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day (the day after Christmas).

Need to show the why we are zeroing in on the period between 24DEC2013 and 26DEC2013, for the EMBANKMENT pics at least. Those are: LISA, the NSA traf, ROT and CH series pics.
LISAMI6 shows the Millbank Bldg with a building lights config that matches a series of Getty pics taken by a photog named Setterfield on 25DEC2013 (sunset).
Conceivably, the building light pattern could have persisted from when the last worker left the building on Christmas Eve, thru Christmas, thru Boxing Day (day after Christmas) til morning of 27DEC2013 (people back to work = office lights change)

Okay nao that we are looking at that 3-day time period, we can look at the high tide and Moon @ 151.5 degrees matches. Good news: Moon is only @ that bearing once per 24 hours. There are only 2 high tides per 24 hours on the Thames. We can eliminate some of those occurring in daylight; some when there was NO MOON in the sky.
Sauces: a NOAA (measured) tides for London Bridge (about 7 minutes delta to Humgerford Bridge). My moonrise/set times are from timeanddate.com.
VERY IMPORTANT: There is only one day per year when ALL public transport in London stops for 24 hours: Christmas.
No buses, even in the wee hours means more CARS, to include private hires.
Boxing Day, just like the US, is a big shopping day. Lots of people out shopping. But remember, the BUSES are back at 12:01am on 26DEC.
I eliminated some high tides due to them either being during daylight or when there would be no Moon in the sky yet.
The high tide early on Christmas Day is 2hrs away, BUT most of the tide is in by that time. There is a rule of twelfths that governs. It states that in the first and last hour of a tide only 1/12 of the tide occurs.
Best match is Christmas around 4:00am.
Another moving part related to ROT1 which leads to Christnas holiday 2013 is the red warning safety lights on 2 cranes seen behind London Eye. No cranes in Sept. One crane appears in Oct til a second crane appears around 14DEC, and both cranes are still seen by NYE.
That’s about it for the EMBANKMENT pics.
All the other London pics except for the black box pic (circa JUL2018) are also from Christmas time 2013. Even dug on the slap tag on the box. Apparently that tagger is a respected ‘all around’ ‘king of the city’ from the halo above his name and swirly symbol. The fact that his tag was not defaced or messed with for 20 months is telling.
P.S. not saying the slap tagger is PHUP DUC. The saying was however known and evidently that tagger incorporated the ‘Phup’ part into his tag. Picrel
Another London dig involved looking at a solitary star, but obviously a bright one, capable of overcoming the blinding carnival lights in the Winter Wonderland pic of people in front of the Wilde Maus roller coaster. Firstly, an excellent UK digger, better than I, found a WW planning map of the 2013 WW event. Map showed NORTH so plotted direction from estimated vantage point to position over and on right side of coaster. Estimated star was approx 308-312 degrees bearing. Thats in the Northern sky far enough North to be where the Circumpolar stars are. Circumpolars just circle the Pole star Polaris every 24 hours.

I put in dates around Christmas week 2013 and the times when the brightest stars would appear betw 308 and 312 degrees fell betw 9:15pm to 9:30pm. Getting ahead of myself. The star needs to be quite bright to overcome the carny lights. There is a group of stars known as the Summer Triangle. Don’t be thrown by the name. It’s not a constellation but what’s called an asterism. A group of stars that are recognizable. This group happens to consist of the brightest stars within their own constellations:VEGA, DENEB and ALTAIR. I found that Altair failed because it fell below the horizon before sunset. VEGA was able to arrive at the 308-312 bearing but was not really high up. DENEB arrived at the bearing at the best elevation.

Like these giys? Pretty guud. One of those fellas in those pictures was, or should have been, my uncle. A waist gunner, he took a burst from a German Me109. Now fuck off faggit.
Small correction: The BLUE Boris Bikes seen in the Corinthia Hotel pics were not changed out for the RED Santander bikes in APRIL2014 but rather APRIL2015. Nevertheless, this eliminates Christmas 2015 or thereafter. A lot of anons still think the London pics are from Christmas 2015 or 2016 for Crossfire Hurricane. Just the Blue Boris bikes in the CH pics alone disproves that.
There is a ‘bookend’ marker that occurs on 31DEC2013 NYE or when certain First Aid signs were posted for the NYE Fireworks celebration at London Eye. This one is tricky in that the FIRST AID sign is not seen in the CH pics but is seen after NYE and some months later (May 2014) as they forgot to take the temporary sign down.
As late as 22DEC the temporary First Aid sign is still not posted. Map shows that there were many FIRST AID locations. This occurs every year. Note the FA location under Hungerford Bridge. This is where the FA sign is pointing. So, to recap, this proves Q EMB pics before they would post temp FA signs for NYE. Pics NOT AFTER 31DEC.

Forgot to post sauce map showing time difference betw high tide at London Bridge vs Hungerford. Map shows HT delta to Chelsea Bridge as 15 minutes. Hungerford Bridge being just less than half way between those two points, we estimated the HT time difference from London Bridge (where we got those high tide measurements) to be maybe 7 minutes. That’s pretty negligible.
The Piccadilly Circus and Red Bus pics, although close in proximity cannot be linked more than circumstantially. But they can be dated to the Christmas 2013 holiday. The RED BUS pic has an overhead street decoration fastener visible over the bus. So decorations on Coventry are up. Btw, they were not up until about 24NOV. The most important markers to prove the year was 2013 are the bus stand sign, the KFC and the McDonald’s restaurant. The bus sign changed at about the same time as the Christmas street decorations went up. The building housing the McDonalds would be partially demolished and under construction shrouding by March 2014. The KFC would change to a Shake Shack.
As for the Piccadilly Circus pics the markets to look for are: 75% off holiday sale signs at Cool Britannia, the LG2 sign which can be dated to that phone’s debut around OCT2013; a missing ticket kiosk by the tube entrance on the North side of the It appears by April 2014 and thereafter. Also there are holiday evergreens in the window boxes above the Cool Britannia store. That marker appears quite late, after December 9th.

A ticket kiosk which is not in the Q Piccadilly pics appeared by Summer 2014 and has been there since. This proves the Q pics taken before Summer 2014. For anons who need moar proof pics were from 2015 or 2016 Crossfire investigation. The London pics had nothing to do with Crossfire Hurricane. It is something else.
