Does anybody remember the reference to a northern Virginia military alliance or something of the sort. There was a podcast years ago. 2019 or 2020. Where a military general was being interviewed and was asked about Q. He replied very matter of fact that it was northern Virginia.

 

Supposedly it's an intelligence arm that is only recruited for, is not well-known, can't be applied for, and is a small group. Trying to dig through my archives and can't seem to track it down. Trying to revisit old digs with new eyes.

 

Any help appreciated!

UK Bread anon gonna try posting a a multi-part post on the status of dating the NSA traf/ROT/LISA pics. Prob has been that most anons on QR donโ€™t know most of the small details (moving parts) necessary to understand them.

As for the Embankment pics, many markers were used to steer us towards Christmas 2013: the paint on the funnel of Tattershall Castle changed in 2015. The blue Boris bikes seen in the Corinthia Hotel/ROT1 pics were changed out in April 2014. A certain white backlit at night for night time construction shroud at Westminster Palace (Parliament) existed from NOV2013 to JAN2014. A building light pattern on a building seen in background of LISAMI6 which matches a series of Getty pics taken on 25DEC.

The lesser known important markers for non-UK Bread anons: The Moon in ROT1 @ a bearing of 151.5 degrees. The dolphin next to the RS HISPANIOLA seen at a position relative to the ship indicates a very high tide kevel. (Note: we never found a picture of the RS Hispaniola riding higher relative to her dolphin.) Just the one picture, ROT1 has two time markers, a Moon at 151.5 degrees and a night time high tide, that can be used together to bracket a time of the day during a 3-day time period between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day (the day after Christmas).

Okay nao that we are looking at that 3-day time period, we can look at the high tide and Moon @ 151.5 degrees matches. Good news: Moon is only @ that bearing once per 24 hours. There are only 2 high tides per 24 hours on the Thames. We can eliminate some of those occurring in daylight; some when there was NO MOON in the sky.

Sauces: a NOAA (measured) tides for London Bridge (about 7 minutes delta to Humgerford Bridge). My moonrise/set times are from timeanddate.com.

VERY IMPORTANT: There is only one day per year when ALL public transport in London stops for 24 hours: Christmas.

No buses, even in the wee hours means more CARS, to include private hires.

Boxing Day, just like the US, is a big shopping day. Lots of people out shopping. But remember, the BUSES are back at 12:01am on 26DEC.

I eliminated some high tides due to them either being during daylight or when there would be no Moon in the sky yet.

The high tide early on Christmas Day is 2hrs away, BUT most of the tide is in by that time. There is a rule of twelfths that governs. It states that in the first and last hour of a tide only 1/12 of the tide occurs.

Another London dig involved looking at a solitary star, but obviously a bright one, capable of overcoming the blinding carnival lights in the Winter Wonderland pic of people in front of the Wilde Maus roller coaster. Firstly, an excellent UK digger, better than I, found a WW planning map of the 2013 WW event. Map showed NORTH so plotted direction from estimated vantage point to position over and on right side of coaster. Estimated star was approx 308-312 degrees bearing. Thats in the Northern sky far enough North to be where the Circumpolar stars are. Circumpolars just circle the Pole star Polaris every 24 hours.

I put in dates around Christmas week 2013 and the times when the brightest stars would appear betw 308 and 312 degrees fell betw 9:15pm to 9:30pm. Getting ahead of myself. The star needs to be quite bright to overcome the carny lights. There is a group of stars known as the Summer Triangle. Donโ€™t be thrown by the name. Itโ€™s not a constellation but whatโ€™s called an asterism. A group of stars that are recognizable. This group happens to consist of the brightest stars within their own constellations:VEGA, DENEB and ALTAIR. I found that Altair failed because it fell below the horizon before sunset. VEGA was able to arrive at the 308-312 bearing but was not really high up. DENEB arrived at the bearing at the best elevation.

In 2020, Kaplan lauded Twitterโ€™s aggressive censorship of the New York Postโ€™s now-verified Hunter Biden laptop bombshell by commenting, โ€œGood move.โ€ Kaplanโ€™s approval of censoring a legitimate news story, which ended up impacting the 2020 election results, and her ties to former Biden disinformation czar Nina Jankowicz have raised serious concerns. Why is the DoD contracting this anti-free speech researcher to โ€œproactively respondโ€ to alleged disinformation?

 

The most recent Pentagon grant, dated for May 2 through August 4, 2023, shows that LCK Strategies received $72,321. The listed purpose was for a software tool to respond proactively to global disinformation campaigns. LCK previously received a $49,328 DoD contract in 2021. Open Corporates lists Kaplan as the โ€œAgentโ€ for LCK Strategies.

 

The Washington Free Beacon identified Kaplan as head of LCK in a Sept. 13 piece and noted her previous anti-free speech comments. โ€œI do applaud Twitter's efforts and the stances they have taken to address disinformation, making it so that people can't share a link known to be false that could have potential implications on the election,โ€ she said, referring to the Postโ€™s Hunter bombshell. โ€œIt's an important step if they are truly going to be a source of accurate information for their users.โ€

 

Since then, the Postโ€™s story has been verified, ultimately leading to the Joe Biden bribery allegations. A 2020 Media Research Center poll found that censorship of the Hunter Biden scandal helped steal the election for Joe Biden, since 4.6% of Bidenโ€™s total vote wouldnโ€™t have voted for him if in possession of all the facts. Kaplan approved that election-altering censorship, making her recent DoD contract questionable.

 

Kaplan also has ties to former Biden Disinformation Governance Board czar and self-identified โ€œMary Poppins of disinformationโ€ Nina Jankowicz, according to the Free Beacon. Alethea Group, which the Free Beacon identified as LCK Strategies, hired Jankowicz in September 2021 as Director of External Engagement. Jankowicz and Kaplan thus worked together to undermine free speech.

There is a โ€˜bookendโ€™ marker that occurs on 31DEC2013 NYE or when certain First Aid signs were posted for the NYE Fireworks celebration at London Eye. This one is tricky in that the FIRST AID sign is not seen in the CH pics but is seen after NYE and some months later (May 2014) as they forgot to take the temporary sign down.

As late as 22DEC the temporary First Aid sign is still not posted. Map shows that there were many FIRST AID locations. This occurs every year. Note the FA location under Hungerford Bridge. Reason being because if people realized not only how long this has been going on in every country and to the level of corruption leaving out any of the more occult things even, would destabilize the legal foundations in every country because the people in charge have been the ones who have written the corrupt laws. Forgot to post sauce map showing time difference betw high tide at London Bridge vs Hungerford. Map shows HT delta to Chelsea Bridge as 15 minutes. Hungerford Bridge being just less than half way between those two points, we estimated the HT time difference from London Bridge (where we got those high tide measurements) to be maybe 7 minutes. To determine the order in which the mutations leading to the formation of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants, we compared the sequences of 129 Omicron BA.1-related isolates, 141 BA.1.1-related isolates, and 122 BA.2-related isolates, and tried to dissolve the evolutionary processes of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants, including the order of mutations leading to the formation of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants and the occurrence of homologous recombination. As a result, we concluded that the formations of a part of Omicron isolates BA.1, BA.1.1, and BA.2 were not the products of genome evolution as is commonly observed in nature, such as the accumulation of mutations and homologous recombinations. Furthermore, the study of 35 recombinant isolates of Omicron variants BA.1 and BA.2, confirmed that Omicron variants were already present in 2020. Amid the sea of blue city chaos in Oakland, it's come to this: What began as another enclave of folks seeking a low-cost alternative to high San Francisco Bay area housing prices, has turned the Oakland estuary into a pirate's nest. Rogue live-aboards have been stealing from infrequently visited boats docked in the marina, surrounding businesses, homes, and each other. The situation has become such that the United States Coast Guard has been called in to police the matter. The Coast Guard will bring sea and air power to the table. The pirates stand little chance. Oakland Mayor Thao says, "There has to be justice." Get ready for something comical or tragic.

 

Now it's the Coast Guard called in to clean up the mess that she and her wokestery coevals in power have made. All she had to do was do her job and enforce crime. She didn't so now she has a military intervention. One hopes that nothing local is going to stand in their way and they will bill Oakland for their trouble. It's probably a harbinger of more to come as Mexico militarizes its society in the wake of the cartel rise, and now Oakland has militarized its estatuary. What other cities will follow? Who will call the Army or Navy or Air Force for the next outrage of wokester neglect when things get intolerable?

very quickly she was shot down, and people rallied around how it was an illegal order, from various corners of the political world.

 

other governors are very very quick with orders that are perhaps also illegal.

those governors are often carpet baggers (not from the state and with little connection to the long term politics of that state or region).

 

so I think she's done a demonstration that sends a message to other politicians: executive orders need to be Constitutionally valid.

It is usual to utilize multiple drugs in cancer treatment. This kind of therapy has lesser side-effects, drug resistance, and is more effective than utilizing only one drug. This study aims to determine low-voltage-controlled dual drug (aspirin and doxorubicin) release from GO surface. Here, we have demonstrated how to control the drug release rate remotely with a handy mobile phone, with zero passive release at idle time. In addition, the study focused to estimate the synergism of aspirin with doxorubicin in the release mechanism from GO in the presence of external voltage, using the spectroscopic method. Moreover, we observed aspirin- and doxorubicin-induced synergistic antitumor activity in MDA-MB 231 (breast cancer cell) in vitro. Thus, our study presents a noble combination of aspirin and doxorubicin that could be utilized for remotely controlled on-demand drug delivery for triple negative breast cancer treatment, using GO as a carrier.

Tim Ballard, the former head of the anti-human trafficking organization Operation Underground Railroad, has been condemned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for โ€œmorally unacceptableโ€ behavior by saying M. Russell Ballard, the acting president of the faithโ€™s Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, was a central figure in support of OUR and Timโ€™s private business efforts.

The strongly worded public rebuke, rare for the church, came as Tim Ballard is said to be prepping a run for Utahโ€™s soon-to-be open U.S. Senate seat next year.

VICE first reported Tim Ballard, who is not related to the 94-year-old church leader, said the two were close associates and even partners in for-profit business ventures that would help him monetize the celebrity status he had gained through his exploits rescuing human trafficking victims.

Critics say his rescue missions are often highly fictionalized or exaggerated.

Those details come from hundreds of documents about a now-closed criminal investigation into OUR conducted by the Davis County attorneyโ€™s office and the FBI. County Attorney Troy Rawlings did not respond to a request for comment Friday.

A statement from the Utah-based faith, which The Salt Lake Tribune confirmed, said the senior church apostle and Tim Ballard, who is a Latter-day Saint, became friends several years ago but have not been in contact for several months.

โ€œOnce it became clear Tim Ballard had betrayed their friendship, through the unauthorized use of President Ballardโ€™s name for Tim Ballardโ€™s personal advantage and activity regarded as morally unacceptable, President Ballard withdrew his association,โ€ according to the statement. โ€œPresident Ballard never authorized his name, or the name of the church, to be used for Timโ€™s personal or financial interests.โ€

According to the VICE article, Tim Ballard allegedly told associates that M. Russell Ballard personally urged him to quit his job at Homeland Security to found OUR, and the two maintained close contact during an overseas operation the group launched based on information obtained by a psychic.

Tim Ballard is reportedly preparing to run for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Republican Mitt Romney. The senator announced earlier this week he would not seek a second term in 2024.

Tim Ballardโ€™s prominence increased after the success of โ€œSound of Freedom,โ€ the fictionalized movie biography that became a box-office hit over the summer.

Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes, once considered a contender to replace Romney, said on social media he would not campaign for the U.S. Senate and instead would endorse โ€œa dear friendโ€ in the race. Reyes and Tim Ballard have a close relationship. Reyes is listed as an associate producer for โ€œSound of Freedom.โ€

The controversy with the church is just the latest involving Tim Ballard and his anti-trafficking efforts. Earlier this summer, he quietly stepped down as head of OUR after multiple employees reportedly filed complaints against him. He also resigned as the CEO of the Glenn Beck-backed Nazarene Fund organization in July.

Documents obtained by VICE News show anti-trafficking activist Tim Ballard claimed that a revered and powerful figure in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints played a secret, central role in Operation Underground Railroad, or OUR, the organization Ballard founded. Insiders who spoke to federal and local investigators as part of a since-closed criminal inquiry described Ballard claiming that OUR and his personal business ventures were backed by the senior member of the churchโ€™s second-highest leadership body, and part of a larger mission to use the anti-trafficking cause to bring Americans to the Mormon faithโ€”or, in his words, โ€œlead them to the covenant.โ€

โ€œTim is fully convinced that he is supposed to be the 'Mormon Messiah and lead people back to the church,โ€™โ€ read notes from an interview between criminal investigators and a former OUR higher-up.

But now a spokesperson for the church tells VICE News that while the apostle in question, President M. Russell Ballard, was once close to Tim Ballardโ€”to whom he is not related, despite their sharing a last nameโ€”the OUR founder โ€œbetrayed their friendship, through the unauthorized use of President Ballardโ€™s name for Tim Ballardโ€™s personal advantage and activity regarded as morally unacceptable.โ€

Elder Ballardโ€™s relationship with Tim Ballard is, the church spokesperson told VICE News, โ€œin the past.โ€ They did not specify what activity was regarded as morally unacceptable. Tim Ballard did not respond to a detailed request for comment; OUR provided a statement which is reproduced in full below.

The unusually public denunciation of Tim Ballard is particularly newsworthy at this moment. He left OUR earlier this year following an internal investigation into employee complaints about his conduct at virtually the same moment that Sound of Freedom, a fictionalized version of his purported child-rescuing exploits, became a surprise box office hit. He has since begun promoting a new anti-trafficking organization, the SPEAR Fund.

But he is also said by many Utah insiders to be weighing a run for Senateโ€”speculation that was given more weight by a recent statement from Sean Reyes, the Utah attorney general, whoโ€™s also a longtime friend and supporter. (Reyes wrote that he would not be running for Senate, allowing โ€œan opportunity for a dear friend of mine who is a great conservative, patriot, and warrior to run and serve as the next Senator from Utah.โ€ Reyes said that person would announce their run in the coming days.)

The documents, obtained by VICE News through a public-records request, are from a now-closed criminal investigation into OUR conducted jointly by a Utah county attorney and the FBI. Several people, according to the documents, described exceptionally close ties between the two Ballards. Elder Ballard, who is in his 90s, is the Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, an extremely senior position within the church, and is viewed by faithful Mormons as a profound spiritual and moral authority. People familiar with OURโ€™s operations have previously told VICE News that Tim Ballard has sometimes claimed that Elder Ballard personally urged him to quit his previous job at Homeland Security Investigations to found OUR.

The ties between Tim Ballard and Elder Ballard described in the documents are numerous and occasionally bizarre, involving claimed business arrangements, blessings, and even a psychic who claimed to be able to communicate with the prophet Nephi, who according to the Book of Mormon has been dead for thousands of years. Allegations from a former OUR higher-up as well as text messages contained in the documents obtained by VICE News suggest that Tim Ballard and an associate represented Elder Ballard as a partner in a for-profit business called Slave Stealers, which was pitched as a way to control OUR and other non-profits. It was apparently viewed as part of a scheme that would allow Tim Ballard to monetize the notoriety he gained through his often exaggerated exploits.
