Apple Tells Support Staff To Remain Silent On iPhone Radiation Concern

Apple plans to issue an over-the-air update in the coming days for iPhone 12 users in France after regulators ordered a halt in sales over concerns the device emits too much radiation.

 

"We will issue a software update for users in France to accommodate the protocol used by French regulators," Apple told Reuters in a statement.

 

The company continued, "We look forward to iPhone 12 continuing to be available in France."

 

Earlier this week, French regulators ordered a ban on iPhone 12 sales after a Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) test - how much radio frequency is absorbed into a body from a device - exceeded European radiation exposure limits.

 

 

Besides the iPhone 12's radiation levels, another controversy is brewing as Bloomberg said Apple instructed employees to stay 'mum' when customers ask about the radiation issue:

 

If customers inquire about the French government's claim that the model exceeds standards for electromagnetic radiation, workers should say they don't have anything to share, Apple employees have been told. Staff should also reject customers' requests to return or exchange the phone unless it was purchased in the past two weeks — Apple's normal return policy.

 

Customers asking if the phone is safe should be told that all Apple products go through rigorous testing to ensure that they're safe, according to the guidance.

 

Apple dismissed the radiation claims, indicating "this is related to a specific testing protocol used by French regulators and not a safety concern" for customers. "The ANFR [French regulator] is preparing to quickly test this update," Noel Barrot, France's digital affairs minister, told Reuters.

 

The timing of the iPhone radiation concerns comes the same week Apple announced its all-new lineup of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro… Coincidence?

In doing some digging this morning I came across something interesting. Anons may recall Dr. Carol Baker who advocating something to the effect of "getting rid of all the whites" in the US, due apparently to them catching on about vaccines and being "hesitant". (pic related)

I think that hospital birth attended by physicians has long been much less safe than non-medicalized home birth with perhaps the help of a midwife. It seems strange to me to apply antibiotic to a baby who should be getting colonized by the normal flora of the mother and who has gotten passively immunized by maternal antibodies prior to birth. Of course the infant shouldn't be exposed to pathogens like pertussis but if a baby is born at home and sick people don't visit things should almost always be fine. Was the GBS strep prophylaxis more about avoiding hospital acquired infection than anything else?

 

Relatedly, Carol Baker is at least the second vaccine promoter who has the term "Godmother" or "Godfather" applied to them. Are ardent vaccine promoters typically parents? Are they often parents of multiple children? Why "Godfather" or "Godmother" of some random vaccine or "health" effort? Do some have a "God complex"?

As you continue to understand that everything is indeed the bigger picture, more and more of you, more and more of the collective you, are beginning to understand that.

Because you are not a part of this. You are far beyond this illusion.

 

There are those, of course, that are attempting to hold on, hold you back. But they know they cannot hold you back any longer. So they only reach out to those that are yet unawakened, trying to hold them to their cause, trying to hold them within their control. But they know they cannot do that much longer either.

 

Have they given up? No. They have not fully given up, for they will certainly not give up until the last one stands. But that is not for you to be concerned about. All that you need to be concerned about is moving ahead, moving on. And letting go of all of those past illusionary understandings: those fears, those hatreds, those jealousies, all of those things that have held you to the illusion, held you to the 3-D matrix up until this point, but no longer.

 

And not only is it no longer for you, it is no longer for us as well. Because we are seeing what you might call 'the writing on the wall' here, that there are many out there that will not awaken. They will not awaken unless they are jarred free. Jarred free, jarred into their freedom.

 

And they will not go into their freedom until they fully realize that they have not been free. They do not understand that as you understand that. You understand what freedom is all about. But many out there do not understand that. They think they are free, but they realize deep down that they are not, and there is nothing, they think, that they can do about it. But indeed they can, and indeed you can, and indeed we can.

 

So understand that as things continue to move along, there are going to be those times when we are going to step in more and more. When I say 'we,' I am speaking of all of the Forces of Light: the Alliance, those of the Galactic forces, all are coming together in this and are ready to step forward.

 

You have been hearing this from those of the Galactic ones that have been speaking with you. They have been saying that they are ready to jump at the slightest cause where they can begin to intervene more. And those times are coming where this can indeed happen.

 

Will it happen? I cannot say for certain here in terms of what the time frame is. But I can tell you that they are prepared. I can tell you that we, as the Ascended Ones, are prepared. I can tell you that all of the Forces of the Alliance are prepared, those of your White Hats, are prepared. They know what is coming, and they have been planning for this for some time now. Even back to the early ancient times, to Atlantis and Lemuria, it goes way back then.

 

And from then it goes back even further, to lifetimes and Systems and galaxies and planets before this, where those of you, those System-Busters that you are and continue to be, you have come from there, and you are here now once again. And we are all working on this together.

 

So when we are ready to be able to step forward, and that time is coming more and more here when we can indeed step in and assist you more. Because you are asking for it. Those of you, the Forces of Light, and all of you that are the lightworking Light-Warriors, the System-Busters, have been asking for us to step forward more and more. And the more you ask, the more we can do it.

 

And the more we see that those across the planet are not awakening in time here, then we can begin to intervene more as well. Because they cannot do it for themselves. Once again, they need something to jar them free.

 

And that is what this is all about: freedom. And the rebirth of your Republic. The Republic, not only of The United States for America all coming together. But for all of the countries across the planet.

 

All of the people across the planet coming together once again as it was meant to be, and as it shall be, as more and more do awaken. Whether they awaken on their own as you have, or whether they need something more special to awaken them, that time is coming.

Didacus is living proof that God “chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong.”

 

As a young man in Spain, Didacus joined the Secular Franciscan Order and lived for some time as a hermit. After Didacus became a Franciscan brother, he developed a reputation for great insight into God’s ways. His penances were heroic. He was so generous with the poor that the friars sometimes grew uneasy about his charity.

Didacus volunteered for the missions in the Canary Islandsand labored there energetically and profitably. He was also the superior of a friary there.

In 1450, he was sent to Rome to attend the canonization of Saint Bernardine of Siena. When many of the friars gathered for that celebration fell ill, Didacus stayed in Rome for three months to nurse them. After he returned to Spain, he pursued a life of contemplation full-time. He showed the friars the wisdom of God’s ways.

As he was dying, Didacus looked at a crucifix and said: “O faithful wood, O precious nails! You have borne an exceedingly sweet burden, for you have been judged worthy to bear the Lord and King of heaven” (Marion A. Habig, OFM, The Franciscan Book of Saints, p. 834).

San Diego, California, is named for this Franciscan, who was canonized in 1588.

Document Dump On “Boneface”, Faux Nazi Confidential Informant For U.S. Government

 

In the aftermath of the staged American NAZI protest in Orlando, Florida a couple of weeks ago, one of the prominent shouters of hate, Mr. Kent “BONEFACE” McLellan was outed as a U.S. Government informant (he reportedly worked under the direction of the Department of Homeland Security aka DHS) and booted from the real NAZI organization. Laura Loomer’s work in exposing him made that happen. The initial scrutiny of Boneface surfaced a video where he claimed he was working for the CIA and getting paid to fight in Ukraine. Turns out that is a lie. There is zero evidence that Boneface has seen any action in Ukraine.

 

A friend of mine — an intrepid miner of social media and public documents — scooped up some pretty damning evidence that exposes the tawdry history of Mr. McLellan. As I noted in my previous article it is not unusual for law enforcement (both Federal and local) to recruit criminals as informants in order to penetrate subversive groups. I think American skin-heads and Nazis qualify as subversives. What is both unusual and outrageous is that McLellan’s DHS handler (or handlers) have allowed him to engage in criminal and political conduct that falls outside the duties of a traditional snitch.

 

So let’s go thru the evidence. I will start with McLellan’s arrest on 1 April 2022 by two police officers in Escambia County, Florida (that is where the city of Pensacola is located) for felony battery. Here’s a portion of the Arrest Report:

 

The arresting officers also filed an Incident Report. The full version is below. Note, the folks at XRVision obtained the original police report and the report that is available to the public. The words highlighted in red in the document below indicates the verbiage that was scrubbed (i.e. deleted) from the public report.

 

It appears he has some anger management issues. So Boneface is identified by the FBI as a member of a “terrorist” group and he is arrested for felony battery, which can earn you up to five years in prison. Did he get locked up? Apparently not. A little over a year later he is back on the streets and engaged in more criminal conduct. This time he was nabbed in Volusia County, Florida for “Burglary with Assault/Battery.” Here is the charging affidavit:

Apple Tells Support Staff To Remain Silent On iPhone Radiation Concern

 

Apple plans to issue an over-the-air update in the coming days for iPhone 12 users in France after regulators ordered a halt in sales over concerns the device emits too much radiation.

 

"We will issue a software update for users in France to accommodate the protocol used by French regulators," Apple told Reuters in a statement.

 

The company continued, "We look forward to iPhone 12 continuing to be available in France."

 

Earlier this week, French regulators ordered a ban on iPhone 12 sales after a Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) test - how much radio frequency is absorbed into a body from a device - exceeded European radiation exposure limits.

It’s easy to get weary with the liberal left. They clearly have an agenda and their prey is obviously our children. The left can’t win an argument on merit, they don’t follow science, they hate tradition, and they live in an altered state of reality. They have abandoned life as we know it, and are choosing instead to poison societal structure and morals, all for the sake of power.

 

Libraries, both public and those found in schools, have been a global source of education for centuries. School libraries in particular are sacred because all of the searchers of knowledge in those are either children or young adults. The books found in those libraries must evoke interest and provide knowledge. Ideally, the information should be geared to match the study criteria of the student and any interests that they may have, such as sports, hobbies, history, etc. Very importantly, the information must always be age-appropriate.

 

The saying “let kids be kids” isn’t just some old knock-about cliché. It is steeped in reality. Every one of us goes through a childhood phase, adolescence, and then adulthood. Each one of those phases is unique and necessary, which is in direct contradiction to what the left is trying to do. Young minds, when properly guided, are inquisitive and full of promise. They’re playful, gregarious, and at times perhaps a little cantankerous. They are also inevitably naïve, innocent, impressionable, and vulnerable — traits that just come with the territory of being young.

 

It’s those latter traits that the left seizes on. Instead of nurturing these young blossoming minds and feeding them knowledge that will enable them to live healthy, happy, and productive lives, they burden them with concerns that are overwhelming for a child. In far too many cases, teachers have become activists. Instead of educating, they are preaching the gospel of the left. A gospel that is not based in any type of reality. A gospel that the left is using to turn children into tools of anarchy.

 

These activists are a despicable breed. Self-righteous to the core, they smugly spew out their agenda daily to these young, impressionable minds. Can you imagine being a child and instead of just dealing with normal childhood issues, you are burdened with the thought that you may not be what you are? It’s a dilemma that no child should have to consider. It’s the fabrication of a cruel and wicked part of society that is not looking out for the child’s welfare; they simply want another notch in their woke belts.

 

What better way to reinforce the agenda you’re preaching than to back it up with the written word? So these radicals are infiltrating school libraries with smut containing very explicit sexual acts, sexual deviance, and transgenderism. As they force these handbooks of perversion into libraries and children’s lives, parents and those with a moral compass push back and protest. Which of course results in the left screaming that books are being banned. These claims are obviously invalid, but they are still exploited by a complicit media.

 

The result is a battle that leaves bewildered children in the middle. All they want to do is go to school, learn, and enjoy their classmates. Instead, the left uses them as chess pieces, hoping to eliminate their parents from all decisions concerning their sex and gender, thus creating a mentally imbalanced social warrior.

 

In one of the most egregious acts of deliberate grooming, the Peel District School Board in Ontario has removed all books that were not published within the last 15 years. So, all books published before 2008 have been removed. The board also removed any books that they deemed to have “racist content,” stereotypes, or didn’t affirm students identities [sic].” Even books such as Harry Potter and The Hunger Games were removed.

 

The district refers to this mind-numbing purge of history as “equitable weeding.” A group of fascists that sit on the board gets to decide what is offensive and then remove it. They claim that removing these outdated books will limit “the harm caused by outdated and oppressive resources that remain in circulation.”

 

In an internal memo, the board directed the staff to “affirm identities,” stating that using “anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and anti-colonial texts is crucial.”…

There are several steps involved in this decimation of the past, which includes in many cases not just removing the books but throwing them away. Step number one was referred to as the “equitable curation cycle.” This included removing any damaged, outdated, and uncirculated books. The group then moved on to step two, which allowed the board to conduct what in their minds was an “anti-racist and inclusive audit.” The misguided attempt here was to ensure that books didn’t “perpetuate or reinforce racist content, stereotypes or promote deficit-thinking.”…

 

Step three encompassed what the board determined would “intentionally affirm students” identities, such as “Black, Indigenous, 2SLGBTQ+, Muslim, Latinx, Jewish, and South Asian identities.”

 

In defense of the book culling, PDSB released the following statement: “Books published prior to 2008 that are damaged, inaccurate, or do not have strong circulation data (are not being checked out by students) are removed.”

 

The statement went on to say that if damaged books have strong circulation, they may be replaced regardless of the publication date, and older titles can stay in the collection if they are “accurate, serve the curriculum, align with board initiatives and are responsive to student interest and engagement.”

 

“The Peel District School Board works to ensure that the books available in our school libraries are culturally responsive, relevant, inclusive, and reflective of the diversity of our school communities and the broader society,”

 

Following widespread media attention, Ontario’s Education Minister Stephen Lecce wrote a letter to the school board instructing them to immediately cease the practice.

 

“Ontario is committed to ensuring that the addition of new books better reflects the rich diversity of our communities. It is offensive, illogical and counterintuitive to remove books from years past that educate students on Canada’s history, antisemitism, or celebrated literary classics.”

 

In a memo received and reviewed by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), the entire book purge apparently originated from something called Directive 18 from the Minister of Education. The directive was based upon a Ministry review in 2020 that documented widespread cases of systematic discrimination within PDSB.

 

Directive 18 instructs the board to complete a diversity audit of schools, including libraries.

 

“The Board shall evaluate books, media and all other resources currently in use for teaching and learning English, History and Social Sciences for the purpose of utilizing resources that are inclusive and culturally responsive, relevant and reflective of students, and the Board’s broader school communities.”

 

The equitable weeding process begins with teachers and librarians focusing on books published before 2008. The librarians then go through each book and consider the acronym MUSTIE as a criteria guideline for which books can stay and which must go. MUSTIE stands for:

 

Misleading – information may be factually inaccurate or obsolete.

Unpleasant – refers to the physical condition of the book, may require replacement.

Superseded – A book has been overtaken by a new edition or a more current resource.

Trivial – of no discernible literary or scientific merit; poorly written or presented.

Irrelevant – doesn’t meet the needs and interests of the library’s community.

Elsewhere – the book or the material in it may be better obtained from other sources….

When the time comes, the books that are weeded are disposed of because they are causing harm, either as a health hazard because of the condition of the book orbecause “they are not inclusive, culturally responsive, relevant or accurate.”

 

For those reasons, the documents say the books cannot be donated, as “they are not suitable for any learners.”

 

Removing history is fine. Replacing it with perverse smut — that’s okay, too. However, the PDSB wants to make sure that the discarded history doesn’t anger any tree huggers. So, a PDSB spokesperson said the board supports its schools “in the disposal of books in a responsible manner by following Peel Region’s recycling guidelines.” Peel Region allows for the recycling of book paper, as long as hard covers and any plastics are removed first and put in the garbage.

 

It’s been reported that in some of the district schools, over half of the books have been removed.

EU Hands TikTok $386 Million Fine for Child Data Breaches

 

A European Union regulator hit Chinese-owned social media platform TikTok with a 345-million-euro fine over child data breaches on Friday, in the bloc’s latest salvo against the business practices of tech titans.

 

The fine, equivalent to $369 million, is the culmination of a two-year inquiry by Ireland’s Data Protection Commission (DPC).

 

The Irish watchdog, which plays a key role in policing the EU’s strict General Data Protection Regulations, gave TikTok three months “to bring its processing into compliance” with its rules.

 

The DPC in September 2021 began examining TikTok’s compliance with GDPR in relation to platform settings and personal data processing for users aged under 18 years old.

 

It also looked at TikTok’s age verification measures for persons under 13 and found no infringement, but found the platform did not properly assess the risks to younger people registering on the service.

 

The regulator highlighted in its ruling Friday how children signing up had TikTok accounts set to public by default, meaning anyone could view or comment on their content.

 

It also criticised TikTok’s “family pairing” mode, which is designed to link parents’ accounts to those of their teenage offspring, but the DPC found the company did not verify parent or guardian status.

 

Ireland is at the centre of the GDPR regime because Dublin hosts the European headquarters of TikTok and the likes of Google, Meta and X, formerly Twitter.

 

In May, the DPC fined Meta a record 1.2 billion euros for transferring EU user data to the United States in breach of a previous court ruling.

 

TikTok, a division of Chinese tech giant ByteDance, is extremely popular among young people with 150 million users in the United States and 134 million in the EU.

 

– TikTok ‘respectfully disagrees’ –

 

In response to the fine, TikTok said it “respectfully disagrees” with the verdict and was “evaluating” how to proceed.

 

“The DPC’s criticisms are focused on features and settings that were in place three years ago, and that we made changes to well before the investigation even began, such as setting all under 16 accounts to private by default,” a TikTok spokesperson told AFP.

 

The platform insists that it closely monitors the age of its users and takes action when needed.

 

TikTok says it deleted almost 17 million accounts worldwide in the first three month of this year due to suspicions that they belonged to people under 13 years old.

 

Earlier this month, the social media giant opened a long-promised data centre in Ireland, as it tries to calm fears in Europe over data privacy.

 

GDPR came into force in 2018 and was the EU’s toughest and most famous law on tech, ensuring citizens give consent to the ways in which their data is used.

 

Friday’s fine comes after the EU last week unveiled a list of digital giants — including Apple, Facebook owner Meta and ByteDance — that will face tough new curbs on how they do business.

Ukraine’s Anti-Corruption Court Orders Arrest of Zelensky’s Covid-Era Health Minister

 

A Ukrainian businessman who became the nation’s health minister at the beginning of the pandemic has now had a warrant issued for his arrest, with a $12 million embezzlement alleged.

 

Ukraine’s Higher Anti-Corruption Court ordered the detention of former health minister Maksym Stepanov on Thursday, they said in a statement, noting the businessman could not be arrested as he has already left the country.

 

Ukrainian state broadcaster Suspline reports Stepanov is suspected of having embezzled nearly half a billion hryvnias ($12 million) during his time as the director of a state-owned business that printed, among other documents, passports and driving licenses for Ukraine.

 

It is said he used a private business to sell the raw materials for these documents to the state company he led at grossly inflated prices, pocketing the difference and that the embezzlement was detected with help from colleagues in Estonia and France. These allegations have yet to be proven in a court of law.

 

A video publicising the order by the Anti-Corruption Court claimed the proxy company supplying inflated materials was acquired in 2013 and asserted the money was sent abroad, to Stepanov’s own accounts and those of his family members, including to the United States. “Ukrainians were forced to overpay for documents due to a corrupt scheme for several years”, the video asserted.

 

After running the state printing plant, Maksym Stepanov became a government minister for Volodymyr Zelensky’s ‘Servant of the People’ party in March 2020, taking on the health position just as the world was plunged into coronavirus lockdowns. One of his major responsibilities was the rollout of Ukraine’s vaccination programme, but he was fired in May 2021 over the failure of the programme.

 

At that time, less than one million Ukrainians out of a population of 41 million had received a coronavirus vaccine dose, a rollout that was seen as unacceptably slow domestically. Weeks before he was fired, Stepanov said claims there was corruption in his department slowing the importation of vaccines were due to “dirty information attacks”.
