I was in the Charleston, SC (Isle of Palms specifically) area last weekend (9/7-9/11). While the wife and I were on the beach, we saw 3 flyovers with a trio of fighter jets in formation each time. I just assumed it was a routine training exercise, but now I wonder what is/was really going on?
