I was part of Headquarters staff in the mid 70s when Arrowhead Springs was the HQ for Campus Crusade for Christ. Arrowhead Water was located as you first entered the area and had a contract for water. Always. Around 2000, however, the whole thing was sold to PG & E and I don't know what happened with the water at that time.
