So this red pick up was moving west and started to move slowly in front of our driveway. When it got up to her it came to a complete stop, as she stopped the leaf blower to see what was going on. She said that a white van with yellow and orange markings was tailing it impatiently, and when it stop, it raced around it. She noticed that the truck had left about 5 or 6 one foot spills behind it and then dumped about a four foot one right in front of her. She said that is when she became discombobulated and didn't even think of getting the plates due to the confusion it caused. Her arms and legs became weakened, and she even felt itchy over the dual paper masks that she wears when blowing leaves; due to all the contaminates we have been attacked with in the past. She said it continued to move slow again, dumping more liquids until the next driveway where she said it took off at full speed.
