I usually imagine white light coming from God (or collective consciousness or Christ energy) and it comes down into my skull down to the heart and project it to who ever I wanna protect (I’ve learnt this from someone very wise since young age and don’t it often to my loved ones with great results, God is so good )

So I’m guessing they manipulated the higher frequency (basically we were in a frequency jail that was broken in 2020 during the warp speed) meaning miracles can happen faster once you connect to the goodness inside of you
