I do the same. Mostly, I prayed for my truck after the engine light stayed on and mechanics couldn't find anything wrong. I imagined light coming down directly to the engine. Engine light was on and the wait to start light was dinging like every 10 minutes, finally after 3 years of the dinging getting worse I had all the fuel injectors replaced and fixed it! The truck had several fuel injectors go out over the years and I had to have it towed, but for those 3 years none failed. It was a nearacle, nearly a miracle.
