ExxonMobil vice president accused of sexual assault at hotel near The Woodlands, records say

 

Montgomery County deputies were called on Thursday to a hotel on FM 1488 in Magnolia where a woman told deputies she was sexually assaulted by a man in one of the rooms.

 

Deputies identified the man as David Scott, 49, from Spring, north of Houston. 

 

ExxonMobil said Scott is a senior vice president for the company. He is also identified by the same title on the CERAWeek website, where he was listed as a speaker, and on what appears to be his LinkedIn profile.

I’ve spent the last 12 hours speaking to Israelis who were at the Supernova music festival. Their testimonies, as you would imagine, are very emotional. At least one broke down mid-conversation and wasn’t able to continue his recollection.

 

The attack on the festival outside of Re’im began around 7 a.m. The party was at its peak by then—which meant that by then most people were inebriated. At first, partygoers heard a loud explosion, which they took to be another sporadic rocket attack on southern Israel. But then the explosions grew louder and constant, and kept going for about five minutes. The music stopped, and the police protecting the 4,000 or 5,000 ravers began pushing everyone to leave.

 

By then, the terrorists were approaching in pickup trucks bearing Hamas military markings.

 

Shooting began. Many were executed on the spot. 260 bodies have been found, so far, on the site of the rave.

 

Many of the young men and women started running in the flat expanse of the western Negev desert. Faced with the spectacle of kids fleeing for their lives on a largely flat surface, the terrorists began rounding up the rest of their victims.

 

Others were captured and bound and kidnapped. “I saw videos with a male getting held by a group of Arab kids. Like, they’re like 16, 17,” one survivor recalled. “They’re kids, but they’re young men already, and they’re holding this guy, and he looks as his girlfriend is being mounted on a bike and driven away from him. God knows what she’s going to experience … Women have been raped at the area of the rave next to their friends bodies, dead bodies.”

 

Several of these rape victims appear to have been later executed. Others were taken to Gaza. In photographs released online, you can see several paraded through the city’s streets, blood gushing from between their legs.

 

One survivor who’d returned to the scene later in the day to look for his friends spoke, in a breaking voice, of what he’d seen. Of the bodies, mainly of young women, lying cold and mutilated. Of scantily clad corpses, many of whom appeared to have been shot at point-blank. Of cars, perforated by bullets or blown up by grenades.

 

Some of the lucky ones ran to a nearby wadi, seeking shelter amid the shrubbery. “I felt like they were shooting right above our heads,” one survivor recalled. “I dove into a bush … It felt like the shooting was coming from 180 degrees, all around us. I understood we’re going to be there for at least a couple of hours. And I had nothing on me. And I was like, the only thing I want is a weapon. I want something to protect us.” Eventually, he and his friends, some of them barefoot, decided to risk it and try to reach safety, walking close enough to the road to see it but not so close so that they might be seen. “I said, if we see like army or police cars, we’re going to go to the road. Otherwise, we’re going to stay away. When we saw police and army cars, we knew that it’s a safe place.”

 

Later, when the gruesome attack was finally over and IDF soldiers managed to subdue the attackers, they searched these trucks and found RPG launchers, high-end communications devices, assorted AK-47s and other mostly Soviet-made weapons, along with numerous copies of the Quran.

Paul Preston from New California State (NCS) reports the following:

 

Following numerous complaints expressed by Riverside County Citizens as well the County District Attorney the county Registrar of Voters [ROV] Rebecca Spencer and her handling of elections the Riverside County Board of Supervisors took action and placed Spencer on Administrative leave on September 13, 2023. Following Spencer being placed on administrative leave Riverside County Board of Supervisors agreed on Tuesday October 3, 2023 to a nearly $800,000 settlement following her resignation as the county’s top elections official. The county accepted Spencer’s resignation as Registrar on Friday, September 29, county spokesperson Brooke Federico confirmed.

 

Neither the county nor Spencer have confirmed the reasons behind her resignation.

 

While no one is saying why Spencer was placed on Administrative leave then resign it is important to note that New California State Riverside County Chair and State Senator Shelby Bunch served the Riverside Board of Supervisors over 400 Declarations of Truth concerning their individual actions regarding purported voting irregularities in the ROV office. Each Board member was served with 100 Declarations signed by 100 Riverside County Citizens. The Board Members were given 5 days to respond to the accusations but failed to respond. Yet Spencer was placed on administrative leave and now there is a massive settlement that appears to be more inline with “hush” money than it is is attempting to fix a major problem in the ROV office which by numerous indicators show signs of election fraud…

 

…On Tuesday October 3, 2023 NCS Shelby Bunch took issue with the Board’s [Riverside Board of Supervisors] apparent “NDA” Non Disclosure Agreement” with Spencer. In a statement to the Board Bunch blasts the supervisors.

“First, I have a couple of questions. I would like to know who approved an $800,000 package for Rebecca Spencer once she resigned. That’s the citizens’ money. That is absolutely insane, considering the job that she’s done. I also would like to know who approved a $250,000 annual salary for her when she was doing such a poor job. I’ll be doing a PRA to get that information. Those of us fighting to fix our flawed elections appreciate the latest actions taken against Rebecca Spencer and RunBeck, today. However, there are other major issues with our elections that are being dismissed. And, regardless of the mandates and unconstitutional laws being presented in an attempt to control our elections from outside our county, it is the ultimate duty and responsibility of this board to ensure that county elections are conducted properly.

 

Per California state code, section 19207, the county decides how its elections will be conducted, not the state. So, ultimately it falls on this board. The forced mail-in ballots are a chain of custody issue. Once the ballot is mailed out, there is no longer a control mechanism to ensure its authenticity. And, signature verification in this county is done by untrained individuals who do not have the skills to identify fraudulent ballots.

 

The tabulators are created with wireless capabilities and were accessed multiple times during our last November election. The excuse given was that Dominion was simply doing updates. This happened during our election. No one is supposed to manipulate any part of the EMS after the logic and accuracy tests has occurred. It is this board’s responsibility to protect our elections. And that is not happening in whole.

The Space Force needs its own advocate on Capitol Hill

The most recent House bill for the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (sec. 507) contains a proposal for the Space Force to have its own legislative liaison. Such a move is long past due. It is obvious that the current situation, in which the Department of the Air Force speaks for the Space Force, is simply not sustainable.

 

The reasons are practical. The vast majority of time spent by the Air Force’s legislative liaison to Congress is spent on Air Force issues, and most of those are legacy matters. This state of affairs crowds out the ability of the Space Force’s Guardians to meaningfully engage with Congress to develop space power. It also limits the ability of the Space Force to form a direct and trusting connection with the American people.

 

Space, in other words, is currently getting short shrift. The pervasive nature of the Air Force’s problems with its aging fleet means that we never get to the most important questions relating to America’s vision for and activities in space. A dedicated legislative liaison for the Space Force would allow a deeper engagement with Capitol Hill on space power issues.

 

Reputation matters, too. For decades, Congress has complained that, of all the military service branches, the Air Force is exceptional in its poor and tardy engagement. The Space Force should not want to be saddled with this unfortunate history, nor to continue with its inertia. Rather, America’s newest military branch has the opportunity to create a new culture of engagement with Congress — one that it needs to embrace if it is to secure our nation’s interests in, from, and to space.

 

Among the most important benefits to Congress and the public is a greater potential to get to the raw, unfiltered truth. Does anyone seriously think that it is healthy for our military or our democracy for the Space Force to have to ask permission from the Air Force before being allowed to tell its story or highlight issues unique to its mission?

 

By now, it should be clear to everyone that there is an inherent and deep conflict of interest between the Air Force and the Space Force.

 

The Executive Branch understands this. The Trump administration’s Space Policy Directive 4, Section 10 stated, “As the United States Space Force matures, and as national security requires, it will become necessary to create a separate military department, to be known as the Department of the Space Force. This department will take over some or all responsibilities for the United States Space Force from the Department of the Air Force.”

 

It further directs the Secretary of Defense to “conduct periodic reviews to determine when to recommend that the president seek legislation to establish such a department.”

 

The intent is clear. It is in the interest of the nation for the Space Force to grow over time into its own department. And it is in the interests of the Space Force to be plain and honest about its needs and vision. A dedicated Space Force liaison to Congress will help members actually learn what the Space Force thinks.

 

Moreover, a precedent for this certainly exists. The U.S. Marine Corps, though formally part of the Department of the Navy, boasts its own independent Office of Legislative Affairs led by a two-star general, equal in rank to the leadership of the Navy’s own legislative affairs office. If that balance was struck for the Marines, it makes all the more sense for America’s newest service branch to be able to tell its own story to Capitol Hill.

 

Congress, for its part, seems to grasp this state of affairs. Now, it just needs to make it a reality.

CBS’s Catherine Herridge blew up Jack Smith’s latest leak and lie about President Trump.

 

In a leak to ABC News last week Jack Smith’s prosecutors claimed Trump allegedly discussed “potentially sensitive” information about nuclear submarines with Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt during a meeting at Mar-a-Lago in April 2021.

 

ABC News based this on second-hand information and conceded: “It’s unclear if the information was accurate, but the episode was investigated by Smith’s team.”

 

Jack Smith is leaking to the left-wing media as he seeks to gag Trump and accuse him of attempting to “prejudice the jury pool through disparaging and inflammatory attacks on the citizens of this District, the Court, prosecutors, and prospective witnesses.”

 

“According to Pratt’s account, as described by the sources, Pratt told Trump he believed Australia should start buying its submarines from the United States, to which an excited Trump — “leaning” toward Pratt as if to be discreet — then told Pratt two pieces of information about U.S. submarines: the supposed exact number of nuclear warheads they routinely carry, and exactly how close they supposedly can get to a Russian submarine without being detected.” ABC News said.

 

Pratt reportedly described Trump’s conversation about the subs with 45 people, 6 reporters, 11 Mar-a-Lago employees, 10 Australian officials and 3 former Australian prime ministers, ABC said.

 

Trump never showed any government documents to Pratt. In fact, according to Pratt, everything Trump told him about the nuclear submarines was already in news reports because of Joe Biden’s negotiations with Australia over a deal for them to purchase nuclear subs from the US.

 

Jack Smith never included Trump’s conversation with Pratt in his 37-count indictment or superseding indictment in the classified documents case. This is just another hit job by Biden’s dirty DOJ.

 

Catherine Herridge blew up Jack Smith’s leak.

 

“Sources tell CBS News there is no indication former President Trump shared sensitive records with an Australian billionaire + no charges have been filed by the Special Counsel through their alleged discussion about US Nuclear subs was investigated,” Catherine Herridge said.

 

Herridge continued, “Well some information is publicly available, former military officials tell CBS News.”

In the letter, Tchen said she was writing at the bequest of “President Obama,” who wanted Himes to know he would be taking an exercise jog in Falmouth the following afternoon and that Himes was welcome to join him, if his schedule allowed.

 

The correspondence, our source said, aroused immediate suspicion because Obama’s unpublished travel plans are always enciphered with nearly unbreakable encryption. ARCYBER did not detect a reply to the query, if Himes sent one.

 

The email went up the chain of command to General Smith at Camp Pendleton, and he, after conferring with the White Hat Council, felt the letter deserved an investigation, just in case the sender goofed and Obama actually showed up in Falmouth. And since Tchen precisely named the rendezvous point, he had little to lose, so long as Special Forces avoided any traps or ambushes that might await them.

 

Before sunset Friday, a black limousine with tinted windows pulled into the sandy parking area at Oyster Pond Road and Surf Drive intersection, next to a paved bike path abutting the beach. Three men in sober suits and blue ties exited the limo, followed by a six-foot-two-inch wiry Black male who looked precisely like Obama, elephant ears and all.

 

Encircled by the federal trio, Obama, wearing a blue tracksuit and a pair of spotless Nike basketball shoes, started warm-up exercises, touching his toes and twisting his lanky neck, as he boasted to the agents about his unrivaled athleticism.

 

After a few deep knee bends, he said he was ready to run and told the agents to keep pace with him, though they wore starched shirts and oxford shoes.

 

They were jogging to the bicycle path when four incognito Special Forces soldiers converged on them with sidearms drawn and ordered Obama’s security to drop to their knees and place their hands atop their heads.

 

“What’s going on here? Who are you men? Is this an exercise?” Obama said.

 

“Stay behind me, Mr. President,” an agent said, his hand dipping inside his blazer.

 

Two bullets struck the agent’s head. As he fell, a second fed, gun in hand, leaped in front of Obama and screamed into his lapel microphone for backup. He discharged a single round, missing wide, and was shot dead. The last agent fell to a volley of gunfire that also hit Obama, now gasping and wheezing on the ground.

 

The Special Forces lead held Obama’s wrist and felt his fading pulse.

 

“Why?” Obama gurgled and died.

 

Inexplicably, the body spontaneously combusted, starting at both hands and spreading to the arms and chest. Special Forces tried extinguishing the flames with sand and water, but their efforts were in vain—the flames were rapidly charring burnt flesh.

 

“Check his feet,” the Special Forces lead, who had been trained to spot body doubles and clones, called out.

 

They swiftly yanked off Obama’s socks and sneakers and saw he had flat feet, and that his sneakers had been augmented to fit people with fallen arches. They pulled down his pants; Obama had no genitals, a telltale indicator of cloning.

 

The body became too hot to touch and was soon consumed by fire.

 

“We have the remains—some bones, teeth,” our source said. “The burning thing is a failsafe we hadn’t seen before. We know they can be programmed during maturation and recalled when they near expiration, but this is new to us. I don’t know if we’ll learn much from what little’s left.”

 

We asked our source a burning question, no pun intended: How does a clone mimic a human without realizing it has no genitals?

 

“These abominations are hatched in cylinders by some truly evil men. They are not of God. We don’t have all the answers,” he said.
