I think Israel and Palestine need to merge forces to create a mutual government to crackdown on ALL forms of discrimination or abuse, no matter who the radicals may be. If you have Jews spitting on Christians they should be prosecuted, if you have Muslims killing Jews they should be prosecuted, if you have Christians blocking Muslims access to their mosques or places of worship then they should be prosecuted. No one should be allowed to terrorize or discriminate. Maybe rename the State again after some governmental and constitutional reform too, so it's not Israel or Palestine but a new nation that represents peace and rule of law.
