Flynn emphasizes local action because the dem/commie/globalist plan is to allow all these wetbacks to vote in local elections. With everyone focused on state/national politics, the strategy was to win by taking over in the foundational blind spot. That's not to detract from the importance of state/national politics. It's more of a question of balance, albeit state/national is bloated AF. He may be bitching about the Q-op not for what it did, which he probably agrees with, but for the type of blind passive faith some people have put into the "trust the plan" adage. It's a fine line to walk in order to publicly distance from/denounce Q, while subtly communicating support while saying that Q was an earlier part of the plan meant to waken people and get them activated to participate in self-governance again.
