For the last 2 months I've been staying in a big house in the woods. No internet available (except satellite), almost impossible to get a cell signal. All off grid except for the electricity.

 

There's a vaccinated guy staying in another part of the house. He is emitting MAC Addresses from his body. Being so far from everywhere I monitored his MAC addresses over a period of time.

 

Here are my findings:

 

  1. Sometimes he's emitting 1 "unknown" MAC address.

 

  1. More often he is emitting 3 or 4 "unknown" MAC addresses at the same time.

 

  1. Occasional he is emitting any amount between 1 and up to about 12 12 "unknown" MAC addresses at the same time.

 

  1. Once he was emitting 14 freaking "unknown" MAC addresses from his body at the same time.

 

  1. Occasionally his internal wifi network "turns off", and he emits ZERO Mac addresses, and I believe it does this sometimes while he's sleeping.

 

  1. The most usual is 3 or 4 "unknown" MAC addresses emitting from his body.

 

I knew it was happening. I have an RSSI BlueTooth analyzer on my phone and it picks up the MAC addresses from the "vaccinated" from about 50 to 75 feet away. I assumed each vaccinated individual would emit 1 MAC address, but learned the above over the last few months.

“In 2007 for Christmas I asked my parents for a flight to New Hampshire to go and campaign forJohn McCain.

I showed up unannounced at the McCain New Hampshire HQ and luckily someone let me sleep on their floor and I spent a week waving McCain signs in the snow.

Nearly 3 gigawatts of offshore wind capacity could be imperiled if the US government imposes a 20-kilometer (12.4-mile) buffer zone blocking turbines in endangered whale foraging areas near Martha’s Vineyard, the American Clean Power Association said Wednesday.

 

The clean energy advocacy group said those potential restrictions — floated by US government scientists and endorsed by some conservationists — aren’t necessary based on limited existing scientific knowledge about the interaction between wind turbines and the marine ecosystems below the surface.

 

A white paper commissioned by the association concludes that climate change and natural variables — not the wind turbines — are likely to drive greater shifts in water movements and the density of tiny crustaceans that are a prime source of food for the North Atlantic right whale. A separate analysis published by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine last week cited significant uncertainty.

 

“This issue doesn’t warrant dramatically reducing the size of wind energy areas. It warrants further study,” said Josh Kaplowitz, the association’s vice president of offshore wind. “We can’t afford to delay offshore wind projects or threaten their viability each time uncertainty is raised.”

 

Kaplowitz pointed to a ruling by the Washington, DC-based federal circuit court concluding that government regulators can make decisions about endangered species impacts based on what is “likely” to occur, rather than “indulging in worst-case scenarios and pessimistic assumptions.”

 

The potential reduction represents about a tenth of President Joe Biden’s goal of deploying 30 gigawatts of offshore wind capacity by the end of the decade, further challenging ambitions already under pressure from rising costs and supply-chain woes.

 

The proposed Nantucket Shoals buffer zone could have an impact on several potential offshore wind projects, including Equinor ASA and BP Plc’s Beacon Wind, and SouthCoast, backed by Shell New Energies US LLC and Ocean Winds.

MARAD Warns Ships of ‘Multiple Projectiles’ in Red Sea

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) has issued an alert to commercial ships warning them of the threat of “multiple projectiles” that have been launched from Yemen into the Red Sea.

 

The warning comes after the Pentagon confirmed that the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Carney had shot down multiple land attack cruise missiles and several drones launched by Houthi forces in Yemen last week.

 

“We cannot say for certain what these missiles and drones were targeting, but they were launched heading north along the Red Sea potentially towards targets in Israel,” Pentagon Press Secretary, Air Force Brig. Gen Pat Ryder said in a statement on October 19.

 

MARAD’s full alert is posted below and can also be found here.

 

“There are reports that multiple drones and missiles were launched from Yemen into the Red Sea region on October 19, 2023. Exercise caution when transiting this area. U.S. commercial vessels operating in this area should review U.S. Maritime Advisory 2023-011 (Threats to Commercial Vessels – Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, Gulf of Oman, Arabian Sea, Gulf of Aden, Bab al Mandeb Strait, Red Sea, and Somali Basin) for amplifying information and points of contact. Ligado Networks has filed suit against the U.S. government, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Commerce and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, claiming that DoD violations of its spectrum rights make it the victim of the “largest uncompensated taking of private property by our nation’s government in modern times.”

 

In the suit, filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Ligado says that in spite of its legal spectrum rights granted by the Federal Communications Commission, undisclosed DoD systems are using those airwaves and DoD has continued to operate them, making the spectrum essentially unusable by Ligado. Ligado accuses the DoD of covering up those systems and instead making “false or misleading claims to the FCC, Congress, the White House, other federal agencies, and the public about the effects of Ligado’s proposed 5G terrestrial services on Global Position Systems.” The satellite inteference claims, Ligado says, were a “pretext” that was “central to DOD’s and DOC’s coordinated campaign to destroy Ligado’s reputation, prevent the company from using its authorized spectrum and conceal the Pentagon’s previously undisclosed systems that depend on Ligado’s exclusively licensed spectrum.”

 

Ligado says that it only became aware of the full extent of the situation due to two whistleblowers, including one inside DoD, “who revealed internal emails and discussions with high-ranking officials showing that the concerns were unfounded. Ligado’s conversations and the Whistleblower’s disclosures lay bare how DOD and DOC fabricated arguments, misled Congress in testimony supporting anti-Ligado legislation, and orchestrated a public smear campaign, which included repeating those false claims to the public and threatening Ligado’s business partners with canceling their own government contracts if they worked with Ligado. DOD and DOC took those remarkable steps to destroy an American company, not out of concerns about Ligado’s use of its own spectrum rights, but so that DOD could continue to use Ligado’s spectrum for its own purposes without paying.”

 

Ligado says in its filing that the previously undisclosed DoD systems “depend on the entirety of Ligado’s spectrum authorized for wireless terrestrial 5G services, and are needed by DOD on a permanent basis.”

 

The Wall Street Journal has reported, citing anonymous sources, that even as Ligado filed its lawsuit seeking compensation, the company is also preparing to file for bankruptcy protection “within weeks.”

 

Ligado holds spectrum in the 1.5-1.6 GHz range, including 30 megahertz of of L-Band spectrum plus 1.670-1.675 GHz. In order to operate a terrestrial 5G network, Ligado was granted a modification by the FCC to its existing licenses in the 1.6 GHz band, adjacent to some high-precision GPS providers and users; during that process, a group of nearly 100 users, such as Iridium Networks, protested that the changes to Ligado’s operations would harm their operations. The FCC decision was also strongly opposed by the Department of Defense and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, due to stated concerns about those neighboring GPS operations.
