French President Macron Calls for International ‘Coalition’ to Combat Hamas

 

French President Emmanuel Macron travelled to Jerusalem on Tuesday to reaffirm his country’s support for Israel and called for an international “coalition” of nations to combat the scourge of Islamist terrorist groups such as Hamas.

 

Appearing alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Mr Macron said in a speech that the world must remember that Israel has a “legitimate right to defend itself,” adding: “This cause is just, period.”

 

The French leader, who expressed solidarity with Israel as the leader of a country that has also faced deadly Islamist attacks, said that the priority of Western democracies should be to defeat terrorism, saying per Le Figaro: “I propose to our international partners that we can build a regional and international coalition to fight against these terrorist groups which threaten us all.”

Former NSA Employee Pleads Guilty After Trying To Sell Classified Information To Russia

 

A former National Security Agency (NSA) employee pleaded guilty on Monday to attempting to sell classified national defense information to an FBI employee he believed to be an agent of the Russian Federation.

 

Jareh Sebastian Dalke, 31, of Colorado Springs, faces a possible life sentence after he pleaded guilty today to six counts of attempting to transmit classified National Defense Information (NDI) to an officer or agent of a foreign government, according to the Department of Justice.

 

His plea agreement states that federal prosecutors agreed not to request more than 22 years in prison, but the U.S. authorities said the judge would ultimately determine his sentence.

 

Dalke reportedly admitted to the charges during a hearing before U.S. District Judge Raymond Moore, where he answered the judge’s questions concerning the terms of his deal and acknowledged he has been taking medication for mental illness over the last year while in custody.

 

Dalke, an Army veteran, worked as an Information Systems Security Designer for the U.S. intelligence agency, which focuses on gathering and analyzing intelligence and counterintelligence from foreign and domestic sources.

 

During his short employment with the agency, authorities said Dalke obtained three documents classified as Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information. According to court documents, the information he planned to give to the purported Russian agent included military offensive capabilities of an unnamed country and other sensitive U.S. defense capabilities.

 

“Dalke admitted that between August and September 2022, in order to demonstrate both his ‘legitimate access and willingness to share,’ he used an encrypted email account to transmit excerpts of three classified documents to an individual he believed to be a Russian agent,” DOJ officials said in a news release. “In actuality, that person was an FBI online covert employee.”

 

In August 2022, Dalke requested $85,000 in exchange for all the classified information, which unknowingly told the FBI online covert employee would be of value to Russia and would disseminate more information in the future when he returned to the Washington, D.C., area.

 

Federal authorities arrested Dalke on September 28, 2022, at Union Station in downtown Denver after transferring five files — four containing classified information— using a laptop computer and instructions provided by the covert FBI employee.

 

The other file contained a letter, which said in Russian and Cyrillic characters: “My friends!” and states, in part, “I am very happy to finally provide this information to you. … I look forward to our friendship and shared benefit. Please let me know if there are desired documents to find and I will try when I return to my main office.”

 

The FBI arrested Dalke moments after he transmitted the files.

 

According to court documents, Dalke requested a 9-month leave of absence shortly after he began working for the agency to help a family member with a medical condition. But when the agency denied his request, Dalke submitted his resignation.

 

After leaving the agency and giving the classified information to the undercover FBI employee, court documents state that Dalke reapplied to work at the NSA.

 

Last year, Dalke’s federal public defender reportedly downplayed his clients’ access to the top secret information since he worked for the intelligence agency for less than a month.

Randy Fine Flips, Endorses Trump for President Over DeSantis

 

On X (Twitter), State Representative Randy Fine (R), a long-time ally of Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL), announced he is endorsing former President Donald Trump's reelection campaign in 2024.

 

"Today, I am endorsing @realDonaldTrump. "The past 2 weeks have made me realize our choice as Jews is simple. We can vote for the Gov who says the right things, or we can vote for the President who actually does them. When it comes to action, Trump has never let us down," Rep. Fine tweeted.

 

The endorsement comes just days after Rep. Fine spoke with The Floridian about the Hamas attacks in Israel, where he demanded the expulsion of the pro-Palestinian "Squad" of Democratic Representatives in the House, calling them "terrorists."

 

Fellow Florida State Representative Joe Gruters (R), who had previously accused Gov. DeSantis of intentionally line-item vetoing Sarasota County projects for his Trump endorsement, replied to Fine's tweet, "Great decision, welcome to the team. @realDonaldTrump is who America needs to lead us now more than ever."

 

Trump had previously called Hezbollah "very smart" for taking advantage of the Biden Administration's incompetence, which Gov. DeSantis interpreted attacked as "absurd that anyone, much less someone running for President, would choose now to attack our friend and ally, Israel, much less praise Hezbollah terrorists as 'very smart.'"

 

However, the Trump War Room account called DeSantis "stupid" for his response, clarifying that Trump "was clearly pointing out how incompetent Biden and his administration were by telegraphing to the terrorists an area that is susceptible to an attack," adding "Smart does not equal good. It just proves Biden is stupid. And now you look stupid, Ron."

 

According to RealClearPolitics, Trump continues to lead over DeSantis by nearly 46 points in the polls, with Trump at 58.8% on average to DeSantis' 13%, with the Emerson poll putting him as low as 8%.

Report Details How the CIA Is Backing Ukraine’s Assassinations Inside Russia

 

The Washington Post reports that the CIA has spent tens of millions of dollars on Ukraine's intel services since 2015

 

A report published by The Washington Post on Monday revealed how the CIA has supported covert Ukrainian attacks inside Russia, including the killing of Darya Dugina, daughter of the prominent Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin.

 

The report said the killing of Dugina was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and that it was one of many operations inside Russian territory involving special units the CIA helped form in the wake of the 2014 coup in Kyiv that ousted former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

 

The report reads: “The missions have involved elite teams of Ukrainian operatives drawn from directorates that were formed, trained, and equipped in close partnership with the CIA, according to current and former Ukrainian and US officials. Since 2015, the CIA has spent tens of millions of dollars to transform Ukraine’s Soviet-formed services into potent allies against Moscow, officials said.”

 

The CIA support since 2015 has included advanced surveillance systems, training both inside Ukraine and inside the US, the building of new headquarters for Ukraine’s military intelligence agency, and intelligence sharing thought unimaginable pre-2014. Officials told the Post that the CIA still maintains a significant presence in Kyiv to this day.

 

The CIA helped the SBU form a new unit known as the “Fifth Directorate.” Recruits for the new unit were trained by the CIA outside of Kyiv with the purpose of forming groups “capable of operating behind front lines and working as covert groups.”

 

The CIA also gave major support to Ukraine’s military intelligence agency, known as the GUR. “We calculated that GUR was a smaller and more nimble organization where we could have more impact,” a former US intelligence official who worked in Ukraine told the Post. “GUR was our little baby. We gave them all new equipment and training.”

 

Officials insisted that the CIA was not involved in targeted killings carried out by Ukrainian intelligence and said the focus was on “bolstering those services’ abilities to gather intelligence on a dangerous adversary.” The report said the SBU and the GUR have been involved in dozens of assassinations against Russian officials in Russian-controlled Ukraine, alleged Ukrainian collaborators, and Russian officials and civilians deep inside Russia.

 

Darya Dugina was killed in a car bombing outside of Moscow in August 2022, but officials said her father was the real target. Despite the fact that they are civilians, Ukrainian officials justify Dugina’s killing because she was a supporter of Russia’s war in Ukraine, telling the Post she was no “innocent victim.” One security official called her the “daughter of the father of Russian propaganda.” The official said the car bombing and other operations inside Russia are “about narrative” and showing enemies of Ukraine that “punishment is imminent even for those who think they are untouchable.”

Moreover, the app has come under fire due to its alleged use by cartels in human trafficking operations.

 

The materials thus far obtained by the committee indicate that DHS admits nearly all of the inadmissible aliens who arrive at points of entry with an appointment made through CBP One. Between Jan. 12, 2023, and Sept. 30, 2023, more than 278,431 appointments were made through the app, with roughly 95.8% of individuals securing parole into the U.S. interior.

 

Those 266,846 entrants each received a "Notice to Appear" before an immigration court before entering the country. The Unholy Alliance Between George Soros and Pope Francis

 

The election of a liberal Jesuit to the papacy thrilled Democrats in the United States, whose unholy alliance with the Catholic left goes back many decades. Barack Obama, one of the pope’s most prominent supporters, has long been a beneficiary of that alliance. The faculty at Jesuit Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., ranked as one of the top donors to his campaign.

 

In a grim irony, Obama, whose presidency substantially eroded religious freedom in America, rose to power not in spite of the Catholic Church but because of it. The archdiocese of Chicago helped bankroll his radicalism in the 1980s. As he recounts in his memoirs, he began his work as a community organizer in the rectory rooms of Holy Rosary parish on Chicago’s South Side. The Alinskyite organization for which he worked — the Developing Communities Project — received tens of thousands of dollars from the Catholic Campaign for Human Development.

 

Obama was close to the late Chicago Cardinal Joseph Bernardin. A proponent of the “Seamless Garment” movement within the Catholic Church in the 1980s, a movement that downplayed abortion and emphasized political liberalism, Bernardin was drawn to the socialism and relativism of the liberal elite. He was so “gay-friendly” that he requested that the “Windy City Gay Chorus” perform at his funeral. He embodied Obama’s conception of a “good” bishop and one can see in his admixture of left-wing politics and relativistic nonjudgmental theology a foreshadowing of the rise of Pope Francis.

 

Cardinal Bernardin put pressure on his priests to work with Obama and even paid for Obama’s plane fare out to a 1980 training session in Los Angeles organized by Saul Alinsky’s Industrial Areas Foundation. The conference was held at a Catholic college in Southern California, Mount St. Mary’s, which has long been associated with Alinsky’s group.

 

This alliance between the Catholic left and the Democratic left explains the honorary degree Obama received from Notre Dame in 2009, even as he plotted to persecute the Church under Obamacare’s contraceptive and abortifacient mandate. Notre Dame’s former president, Fr. Theodore Hesburgh, who supported honoring Obama, had been close to Monsignor John Egan, the socialist who started the Catholic Campaign for Human Development and sat on Saul Alinsky’s Industrial Areas Foundation board.

 

The unholy alliance also explains how the Democratic Party, despite its support for abortion and gay marriage, won a majority of the Catholic vote in Obama’s two presidential elections. At the 2012 Democratic convention in Charlotte, nuns such as Sister Simone Campbell shared the stage with abortion activists from Planned Parenthood. A liberal dean of a Catholic university, Sister Marguerite Kloos, even got caught in an act of voter fraud that year, forging the signature of a deceased nun on a ballot. As Thomas Pauken writes in The Thirty Years War, “the radicalization of elements of the Catholic clergy turned out to be one of Saul Alinsky’s most significant accomplishments.”

Pakistan’s Imran Khan could face the death sentence in trial over revealing state secrets

 

A Pakistani court on Monday indicted Imran Khan on charges of revealing official secrets after his 2022 ouster from office in another dramatic move against the former prime minister who could now face a possible death sentence and will likely be unable to run in parliamentary elections in January.

 

Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi, a close aide and the deputy leader of Khan’s opposition Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party, will go on trial this week at a high-security prison in the garrison city of Rawalpindi.

 

The charge of revealing state secrets carries a sentence ranging from life in prison to the death penalty, according to Umair Niazi, one of Khan’s defense lawyers. Niazi, however, said he was confident Khan and Qureshi would be acquitted as they had done “nothing wrong.”

 

The case is related to Khan’s speech and waving of a confidential diplomatic letter at a rally after his ouster in a no-confidence vote in parliament in 2022. The document — dubbed Cipher — has not been made public by either the government or Khan’s lawyers but was apparently diplomatic correspondence between the Pakistani ambassador to Washington and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad.

 

At the time, Khan held up the alleged letter, claiming it was proof that he was being threatened and that his ouster was a U.S. conspiracy, allegedly executed by the military and the government in Pakistan. Washington and Pakistani officials have denied the claim.

 

Another defense lawyer for Khan, Naeem Panjutha, claimed on Monday that the former premier and Qureshi were “indicted in a hurry” with the intention of convicting the popular opposition leader quickly.

 

Khan is facing more than 150 cases, including charges from contempt of court to terrorism and inciting violence, and was sentenced to three years for corruption in early August. Subsequently, an Islamabad High Court suspended that sentence in what amounted to a legal victory for Khan. The victory was short-lived as he was re-arrested later in August in the Cipher case.

Former President Donald Trump has mocked President Joe Biden for using the 'children's stairs' to board Air Force One - while prodding the president over photos that showed him napping on the beach while at a Monday rally in New Hampshire.

The visit to the Granite State sawTrump, 77, finally make his candidacy official - after which he spoke to supporters for some 100 minutes in Derry and gleefully slapped around his embattled successor.

Specifically, the GOP frontrunner honed in on the 80-year-old commander-in-chief's series of stumbling incidents, and the fact that he has been using a shorter staircase than usual to board and deplane the storied Air Force One.

'Crooked Joe can't even walk up the children's stairs,' Trump said to laughs, citing how Biden has avoided climbing up the sometimes-wobbly - usually 18-foot - set of steps trucked over to the plane's door.

The comments came hours after Trump visited the New Hampshire statehouse in Concord to register his name on the 2024 Republican ballot, and after stars like 50 Cent slammed the president for taking a beach vacation while the war in Israel rages.

A few hours later, First Lady Jill, when asked, insisted at a high-brow fundraiser at the home of Anna Wintour that there was no one she'd rather have in the White House Situation Room than her husband Joe. (Situation Room is the barhroom where his staff wipes his butt.)

Trump says Biden uses 'children's stairs' to board Air Force One. Back in New Hampshire, Trump took notice of the renewed scrutiny on his rival, using his time in front of the crowd to repeatedly reference the time multiple times he has stumbled on the tall stairs trucked over to the plane's upper door.

He started by saying that prospectivevoters would likely want a leader who is able walk off Air Force One 'nice and high', while being able to 'wave at everyone' without fear of falling.

Citing the much shorter, sturdier set of stairs that fold out from the belly of the plane being used by Biden after his widely seen spills, he tore into his prospective opponent: 'This guys goes to the little stairs. We call them the children's stairs.

'And now he's made it a common practice because he can't quite make it up or down,' Trump said. 'He has a bigger time making it up. Usually that's easier.'

Earlier in the day, after casting his ballot, Trump likened himself to South African anti-apartheid activist Nelson Mandela - in an apparent reference to the multiple federal and state cases being filed against him.

The comments came as the ex-commander-in-chief continues to insist that he is being targeted for political reasons, obliquely accusing Biden and his backers of attempting to stomp out the man who is likely their biggest threat.

Earlier Monday on Truth Social, Trump had shared an Instagram post from the rapper 50 Cent who had posted a DailyMail.com story previewing the Bidens Delaware trip with the commentary,'hey Joe, get the fvck[sic] up, we in trouble man.'

As the story was written in advance of the Rehoboth trip, the photo used was one from August, which depicted the president asleep on the beach alongside the first lady reading a book. The pair's return to the White House from the same beach in Rehoboth - made in the hours ahead of Trump's campaign event - provided the Republican with ripe fodder for the again-aspiring president.

'You know he goes to the beach a lot right?' Trump said during one portion of his speech. 'If he would have gone to the beach and not done anything, we would have the best border,' the ex-president claimed.

The ex-president also brought up Biden's speech last September, in which the president spoke in front of Philadelphia's Independence Hall, lit up in red, and warned the country about Trump and his MAGA Republicans.

'I watched Biden with that one, remember the one with the red background?Looked like the devil,'Trump recalled. 'The same set designer who does the same set of him at the beach,' the ex-president joked.

Despite Trump's many trips to Mar-a-Lago and Bedminster to golf during his four years in office, the ex-president characterized Biden's beach trip as a dereliction of duty.

'You see this guy walking around. And then he sleeps on the beach all day long. And we have potentially World War III going on,' Trump said. 'It's horrible. It's horrible to watch, it's horrible to see.'

'But he made that speech with that horrible red background and that background might have been worse than the beach,' Trump said, circling back to last year's address. 'And he talks about MAGA, MAGA, MAGA.'

At Monday's campaign event, Trump took advantage of those polls that show Americans more wary of Biden's advanced age than his own.It also doesn't help that Biden has suffered from a series of tripping and falling incidents since taking office in January 2021.The first, just two months into his term, happened when Biden walked up Air Force One's larger staircase while at Joint Base Andrews just before noon for a flight to Atlanta.

After stumbling briefly, he gripped onto the railing before steadying himself and losing his footing a second time, and then a third that saw him fall to his knees. It happened as he was on his way to Illinois to tout a downtick in inflation seen in May of last year, and saw him slip during his ascent similar to the first time.Again, like the last scare, he managed to regain his composure, and unlike the previous, did not hit the ground.. Biden also fell off his bike in Rehoboth Beach in June 2022, getting his foot stuck in a toe guard and falling over sideways.

After that,Biden managed to stay on his feetfor another eight months - before again falling on the steps of Air Force One, now for a third time. Seen in February of this year, the near-fall occurred as Biden was ending a visit to Europe, climbing the steps with his customary vigor, before losing his footing. Like the last time, though, he did not fall fully - able to use his hands to catch himself. (Bongino mentions this all the time and says the SS is shouting, stop trying to run!)

The very next month, Biden's again wobbled on the same, still 18-foot steps during a trip to Alabama, briefly losing his balance before carrying on. Then in May, Biden tripped again while walking on the stairs at the Itsukushima Shrine in Japan, stumbling as he walked down the stairs in his rush to greet Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

The president was running late at the time - and all the other G7 leaders had arrived on Miyajima Island and were waiting on him to begin the tour of the holy site.

At some point afterwards, he made the decision to shift to using the shorter set of stairs during his trips up and down Air Force -but still managed to stumbleon them during another trip to Philadelphia. After the fall, he was helped back up by the guardrails and continued up the stairs without incident.

Once on the plane, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted to reporters that he was '100 percent fine' - but several more similar incidents would follow, sparking concern from Republicans and Democrats alike. This time, the president appeared tolose his balance while ascending the short flight of stairson October 13, specifically while surmounting a trio of metal steps with a railing just as he was walking to get on stage. Again, he quickly caught his balance and made it up the stairs to begin his speech, addressing the issue of American hostages detained in Gaza.

Axios reported in September that Biden was working with a physical therapist and wearing sneakers more in an attempt not to trip- precautions that have appeared to help somewhat, but not entirely.

The issue in Israel - still ongoing - has thrust even more scrutiny on the president's mental capacity and health, spurring figures like Trump and 50, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, to continue to question his abilities at a particularly crucial time.

US officials have expressed concerns that Israel has no workable plan for sending ground forces into Gaza, and are questioning whether the IDF can achieve its goal of annihilating the Hamas militant group, according to the New York Times.

 

In recent discussions with his Israeli counterpart Yoav Gallant, US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin has emphasized the need for “careful consideration” before launching a ground campaign in the densely populated territory, the New York Times reported on Monday.

Some have equated the oppression seen in that country to Israel's treatment of the Palestinians - a stance that Trump did not appear to hold through the reference.

Last week, Trump faced criticism from old friend Sen. Lindsey Graham, who panned him for praising Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah and criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

An outspoken enemy of both the US and Israel, Iran currently trains the militia group that for years has sought to join the Palestinian cause - a maneuver that some say could spell doom for Israel and its allies.
