Ownership of CP
Sharing of CP
is bad,
but,
why are we not seeing the arrest of those who are filming it, producing it, selling it, and participating in it?
Wouldn't that be the bigger crime?
Is it because they are not in the United States?
Where are they?
What countries are allowing these people to not be arrested and prosecuted?
And then distributing the CP to people in the US?
Is this stuff happening on private islands?
Aren't private islands still part of a particular country?
Are there no laws on private islands?
How are people supposed to be prosecuted for a crime when it is illegal to look at the evidence.
I don't want to look at CP.
But looking at something shouldn't be a crime, imo.
If I see a pic of a person who has been murdered, if I look at gore porn, that doesn't make me a murderer, or an accomplice to a murder.
Hollyweird has been producing murder/gore porn for decades.
