ok can't find this 1700 year old "ancient method" but I'm thinking they are either fucking kids then one another. because these white papers are talking about ther not being any gut bacteria which means you are not going to drink it and get the effects or am I wrong? Is the fountain of youth keeping the gut "transplanted"
