No imeachment inquiry is needed to impeach Joe Biden. His blatant dereliction of duty and refusal to uphold the law of the land with the border is enough. Someone in the HoR needs to bring an impeachment resolution to the floor and get the fuck on with it.

In theory, yes. But they don't care what the court ruled in WV vs. EPA. They press right on with another issue, another agency and continue to force their progressive agenda down the throats of Americans. The EPA gets ruled against so they pick another avenue and business as usual continues.
There are zero consequences for them doing so and this needs to change. There needs to be legistlation that specifically states that any agency of the federal government that bypasses the Constitutional process and attempts to establish any law or regulation without legistlation from the congress and signed into law by the POTUS, would be guilty of a Constitutional violation. The agency heads, personel and anyone else associated with the violation is to be charged with a felony, removed from their position, all benefits, pay, health and retirement suspended until judication of the case and in the instance of a guilty verdict, sentenced to 10 years in federal prison with no possibility of parole and all benefits forfeited.
I think this would put a dead stop to all the fuckery we see these federal agencies trying to pull to implement their progressive agenda. These people work for us. We are the "Employers".
Until the military gets off it's ass and honors it's oath to protect and defend the Constitution I will honor none of them. The biggest threat in this nation's history is right here on our very soil and yet our military, who would be the only entity who could take the traitors down, doesn't.
