Blue Eyes Dominate Hollywood

A recent study has shown that a whopping 89% of Hollywood actors have blue eyes. This is a significantly higher proportion than in the general population, where only about 10% of people have blue eyes.

So why are blue eyes so prevalent in Hollywood? One theory is that blue eyes tend to stand out on camera, and so they give actors an advantage in auditions. Additionally, blue eyes are often seen as being more “exotic” and therefore more glamorous.
