Jake Sullivan [White House press conference]: We have every reason to believe these attacks [Red Sea ships], while they were launched by the Houthis in Yemen, were fully enabled by Iran.

Sullivan: Without congressional action, the administration will run out of resources by the end of the year, to procure more weapons and equipment for Ukraine, and to provide equipment from US Military stocks without impacting our own military readiness…congress has to decide whether to continue to support the fight for freedom in Ukraine…or whether congress will ignore the lessons we've learned from history and let Putin prevail…it is that stark a choice.
