Same place yours came from. But our is different, we have different dictionaries, idioms and other figures of speech and grammar rules.

They are doing it again because didn't see the scope of the corruption, how they were doing it, and ignored the fact that when we do catch them, or put something in place to stop them, they improvise, adapt, and overcome. It's a hamster wheel of greed.
