…There is a difference from the scope of the initial appeal in Colorado in that the final grounds for reversal in Maine references Trump's public speeches as protected under the First Amendment. We are waiting for the Colorado filing in the U.S. Supreme Court.

…The Maine Superior Court now has until Jan. 17 to decide under state law. It can then now to the state supreme court and ultimately the U.S. Supreme Court.
