WORLD โ€” Hamas is reeling after losing two of their most cherished leaders on the same day: military commander Saleh al-Arouri, and Harvard President Claudine Gay.

 

"This is a devastating loss for our organization and the world," said Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh while throwing a dart at a dartboard with a picture of a Jew on it. Eyewitnesses confirmed that al-Arouri was blown up by a rocket while innocently meeting with other innocent Hamas officials planning totally innocent and harmless military operations in the West Bank. Sources also verified that Claudine Gay was forced to step down. Both attacks are being blamed on the Jews.

โ€ฆThere is a difference from the scope of the initial appeal in Colorado in that the final grounds for reversal in Maine references Trump's public speeches as protected under the First Amendment. We are waiting for the Colorado filing in the U.S. Supreme Court.

With a medical-marijuana outlet on Water Street, and two recreational-marijuana shops to open in Arlington sometime in 2020, a long-empty storefront in Arlington Center selling related but very different products has come to town.

 

Your CBD Store, at 460 Mass. Ave., offers what the name says โ€“ CBD, or cannabidiol. That is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana). As the Harvard article notes, โ€œWhile CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant โ€ฆ.[B]y itself it does not cause a โ€œhigh.โ€

 

But let's have the franchise owner, Bryan Mason, explain what the storefront empty since 2013 what he sells.

 

โ€œOur products are from a company known asSunMed, which is based out of Colorado. We are proud to say that this 'soil-to-oil' company owns their own hemp farms and oversees production from the seeds planted to the products on our shelves.โ€

Retains beneficial cannibinoids

Recently, because of his own back pain and his girlfriend's shoulder injuries, he wrote that CBD was used regularly at home and he felt this was his way to combine his desire to help others while becoming a business owner.

Many misconceptions

 

He make clear that the community โ€œcertainly is curious about CBD, with many misconceptions, but the shop has already had dozens of visitors just looking to expand their understanding of the product.

 

โ€œAs always, there is going to be skepticism, but we encourage those people to come in and ask questions and allow use to explain the science behind our products and goals show them we aren't a bogus store selling 'snake oil'."

 

His team looks forward helping the public. Besides Mason, they are his girlfriend, Stefanie Gable, full-time BSN-RN, handling marketing and customer service part time; and his mother,Donna Mason, finance and customer service.

 

The shop opened Sept. 1, and plans for a grand opening โ€“ with give-aways, raffles, Q&A and photo-ops โ€“ is set for Sunday, Oct. 13.

The oncologist asks the question, "Why would cancer, all of the sudden, be the next big thing [for Pfizer]?" He notes that "you don't seeโ€ฆ huge spikes in cancer" and that "nothing that would justify the scaling up the production of cancer drugs in a way that you would scale up production of mRNA in a viral outbreak, and yet this is the language that he's using."

 

Specifically, Makis says that Pfizer "paid top dollar" for Seagen's drugs aimed at battling breast cancer, lymphomas, leukemia, colon cancer, lung cancers, and kidney cancers, amongst others. He says that these are the exact kinds of "turbo cancers" he's been seeing in people who took the C19 injections.

โ€œMy guess is that the the proverbialdeep state within the intelligence community will reemerge because presumably a Republican candidate will again be seen as a threat to the internal policies that many intelligence peoplelike,โ€ Dr. John Gentry, author of the new book, โ€œNeutering the CIA: Why US Intelligence Versus Trump Has Long-Term Consequences,โ€ told Fox News Digital.

The program, which is known as Medi-Cal, covers hormone therapy and surgical procedures โ€œthat bring primary and secondary gender characteristics into conformity with the individualโ€™s identified gender, including ancillary services, such as hair removal, incident to those services,โ€ according to a state memo from May 2022.

Who Are the Real Insurrectionaries? Part Two

 

Hillary Clinton was joined in her later efforts to deny the legitimacy of the 2016 election by a large chorus of elected House members, and ex-president Jimmy Carter.

 

Carter in 2019 echoed her charges: โ€œAnd there's no doubt that the Russians did interfere in the election. And I think the interference although not yet quantified, if fully investigated would show that Trump didn't win the election in 2016. He lost the election, and he was put into office because the Russians interfered on his behalf.โ€

 

Here we have an ex-president election denialist accusing the then-president of being a veritable traitor as well as an election rigger. We do not recall any outrage at the time.

 

During the 2016 electoral college process, third-party Green candidate Jill Stein, de facto acting as a DNC surrogate, claimed the 2016 ballot count was illegitimate. She thus sued in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin claiming the voting machines were rigged. (To my knowledge the companies involved like ExpressVote XL did not sue Stein, Dominion-Voting-Systems-style for $1 billion).

 

Steinโ€™s denialism arose mostly in reaction to the Clinton campaign that had loudly claimed โ€œexpertsโ€ found that Clinton tallies in those states did not meet her campaignโ€™s pre-election expectations.

 

At the same time, Democrats organized a media/publicity campaignโ€” headed by about a dozen Hollywood โ€œstarsโ€ appearing in nightly TV commercials โ€”seeking to flip electors into โ€œfaithlessโ€ electors.

 

In other words, they urged electors to violate their oaths, and not to reflect the uncontested majority votes of their states. Instead, they were begged to vote for Hillary Clinton, who had lost their respective statesโ€™ popular vote.

 

All this activism arose despite a July 2020 Supreme Court ruling reaffirming the constitutionality of prior state laws that had declared faithless electors illegal.

 

In other words, the Left organized a well-funded effort to overturn the 2016 election by creating faithless electors. They sought to deny the peopleโ€™s majority votes in their states, and they continued despite a recent prior Supreme Court ruling that this ploy was patently illegal.

 

Just four months after the Inauguration, Clinton boasted that she was part of the โ€œResistanceโ€, a direct echo to the armed French armed effort โ€”La Rรฉsistance

โ€”against the Nazi occupation. I suppose Hillary thought she was one of the heroic Democratic maquis and Trump of course Adolf Hitler.

 

Leftwing fact-checkers bristle when such comparisons are made between the 2016 and 2020 election denialism.

 

But the real difference between the two electionsโ€™ denialism was that the organized โ€œresistanceโ€ to an โ€œillegitimateโ€ president who had โ€œriggedโ€ and โ€œstolenโ€ the 2016 vote continued throughout the Trump administration, often in illegal fashion.

Who Are the Real Insurrectionaries? Part One

 

Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows just ordered Trumpโ€™s name removed from the primary ballot in May. She claimed he is guilty in her view of โ€œinsurrectionโ€โ€”a crime Trump has never been charged with, much less convicted of.

 

Her evidence, mostly gleaned from popular news accounts and video reports, would not stand up in a court of law.

 

Bellows has no law degree. She was appointed by a majority vote of the Democratic-controlled Maine legislature, not through a popular ballot. Her legal expertise seems to be derived from years of political activism with the ACLU.

 

We can see where the ultimate trajectory of this usurpation is goingโ€”once a single official decides to remove the leading primary and general election candidate of the opposition from the ballot by fiat. Tit-for-tat will likely follow and would unwind the republic.

 

Take Bellowsโ€™ action and then apply it to any future candidacy of Hillary Clinton. And by these new rules she surely would fail to qualify to have her name on a state ballot.

 

Remember, in 2016 Hillary Clinton illegally hired a foreign national (by law forbidden to work in presidential campaigns), Christopher Steele, to create a โ€œdossierโ€ of smears and fake-news accounts, aimed at destroying her presidential opponent Donald Trump by extra-legal means.

 

Clinton hid her illicit payments to Steele behind the paywalls of the DNC, the Perkins-Coie law firm, and Fusion GPS.

 

Her leftwing associates and partisans in the waning Obama administration, the DOJ, State Department, FBI, and CIA worked hard to brand the slurs as credible, as they variously passed them off and leaked to the media on the eve of the election.

 

They and Democrats in congress later engineered the appointment of a special counsel, whose investigations consumed two years of the Trump administrationโ€™s term, before finding no โ€œcollusionโ€.

 

Even three years after the election in 2019 and the special counselโ€™s findings, Clinton could still persist that Trump was an โ€œillegitimateโ€ president: โ€œHe knows heโ€™s an illegitimate presidentโ€.

 

She also declared that year that the 2016 election had been โ€œstolenโ€: โ€œI think itโ€™s also critical to understand that, as Iโ€™ve been telling candidates who have come to see me, you can run the best campaign, you can even become the nominee, and you can have the election stolen from youโ€โ€”de facto asserting the balloting was fraudulent.

 

She was prepping the battlefield for 2020. So Clinton continued her denialism right up to the eve of the 2020 election, further claiming the 2016 election was rigged, โ€œThere was a widespread understanding that this election [in 2016] was not on the level.โ€

More than 675,000 cans of baby formula are being recalled over concerns they've been contaminated with a bacteria that could cause life-threatening health complications in infants.

 

Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition (MJN) announced over the weekend it was voluntarily recalling select cans of its specialty infant formula, Nutramigen Powder - baby formula made for infants with an allergy to cow's milk - because they could be contaminated with the bacteria Cronobacter sakazakii.

 

The company said products sold outside of the United States tested positive for the bacteria, but it has not been found in any batches tested in the US.

For example, during the same time period that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was repeatedly advising parents to get their children vaccinated against COVID-19, Pfizer was secretly testing for markers of heart damage in vaccinated kids. Shortly after the initial release of Pfizer documents, in April 2022 I wrote my first report, which presented compelling evidence that Pfizer and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) were both aware of the myocarditis-causing potential of the emergency use authorization (EUA) mRNA COVID vaccine. Subsequent research by the late German pathologist Dr. Arne Burkhardt [confirmed that myocarditis was caused by the mRNA injection?]: he revealed the presence of spike protein in the myocardium of autopsied patients who had โ€˜died suddenly,โ€™ as well as revealing scarring as a result of autoimmune effects.

 

 

Who Knew What, and When?

It became clear by February 2021 that a myocarditis safety signal was in the data and in scientific research โ€˜in pressโ€™ โ€“ meaning, scientific research which had passed peer review and been accepted for publication but that was not in print. In fact, the Israeli Ministry of Health alerted the CDC to a myocarditis safety signal on February 28, 2021.

 

My previously mentioned โ€˜Report 11: Pfizer Vaccine โ€“ FDA Fails to Mention Risk of Heart Damage in Teensโ€˜ clarified that the committees reviewing the vaccine rollout had received information from the Pfizer Post-Marketing Experience 5.3.6 document, released in full in Spring 2021, and from other publicly available information that showed 35 cases of myocarditis in children within one week after receiving the second dose of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine.

White is also suing the Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson to investigate her beating and the police brutality that occurred on January 6th.

 

The lawsuit filed Request for Relief states:

 

โ€œVictoria White seeks economic and punitive damages against Jason Bagshaw for violating her constitutional rights, including but not limited to her constitutional right to be free from unlawful seizures, her constitutional right to be free from excessive and unreasonable force, and her constitutional right not to be discriminated against for her viewpoint. Victoria White also seeks the Court to order Speaker Michael Johnson to conduct an investigation into the police brutality on January 6, 2021.โ€

 

It will be interesting to see whether Speaker Johnson conducts an investigation or appeals Whiteโ€™s lawsuit. So far, the GOP House has failed to investigate January 6th since they took power in 2022.
