The karmic actions that require evil to announce itself is due to Free Will. According to Free Will, an individual must willingly and knowingly accept what they offer and/or invite them in.
So if they hint 911 on the Simpsons and other places and you see it, and they do 911 and you accept it bc you trust your governors, they think they’ve found a loophole to free will.
Their cheating of the Grand karmic metaphysical arrangement is what they are going to get retribution for. In that they have taken away peoples ability to choose ‘knowingly’ with smoke and mirrors, and forced much of their responses through governing thereby taking away ‘willingly’.
