A tunnel does not equate to missing children. It is unreasonable to conclude that there needs to be a search for evidence of a crime not alleged. I don't know anyone who went to law school who learned you collect evidence and later think of what the crime is that you're looking for. Police can't get a warrant to remove objects from your property to look for evidence of a crime they haven't even accused you of. That's nonsense.
