There is no way that these tunnels were built for anything but nefarious activities. How many churches have you ever gone to that has tunnels from one church to the next one? Zero. Walking from one synagogue to another is way easier than digging tunnels for months, do you think we are stupid? looks like this is a basement and the excavated dirt from the dug out tunnels was piled into the room. the child's high chair was probably just there for a long time and moved as the dirt increased.

In the beginning of this clip it looks like there is some stones that seems to have had blood on them but as the camera pans back out, they are gone. Now I believe I know why there is so many smashed stones. If a victim is shot, then the bullet and blood would lodge into the concrete wall, so they probably break those areas into piece and throw them out a little at a time. They are too lazy to fix the walls and over the years of so many victims there is nothing but shattered pieces which probably were destroyed with the stain pieces and they were also too lazy to pick them up. Remember, the mattress was standing for a reason. Logical thinking.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, whose country will hold the European Councilโ€™s rotating presidency later this year, could gain an outsized influence over the body due to the expected departure of Council President Charles Michel, Politico reported on Sunday.

 

Michel has announced that he will run in this yearโ€™s EU parliamentary election, meaning he will vacate his current post if he wins. If EU leaders fail to quickly find a replacement, the presidentโ€™s duties would essentially be assumed by Orban, the news website said.

 

Michel signaled his intention in an interview with three Belgian media outlets on Saturday, saying that if elected, he would carry out his duties in the EU Council until he takes his oath as an MEP in mid-July. โ€œThe European Council can anticipate this at the end of June or early July and decide on a successor,โ€ he said.

 

According to EU rules, Hungary will take the Councilโ€™s rotating presidency between July and December. The timing could usher in a scenario in which โ€œan unchecked Orban [will be] ruling the Council roost for the six months directly after the 2024 European election,โ€ Politico noted, adding that other EU leaders would โ€œdesperatelyโ€ want to avoid such an outcome.

 

Orban has been at odds with officials in Brussels on many fronts. The Hungarian prime minister has been critical of EU migration policy, and has consistently opposed sending arms to Ukraine, as well as its accelerated integration into the EU. He has also slammed EU sanctions against Moscow, saying they hurt the bloc's economy.

 

Hungary also blocked a โ‚ฌ50 billion aid package ($55 billion) for Kiev, which was meant to be disbursed between 2024 and 2027, while lashing out at the EU decision to freeze billions of euros in assistance to Budapest.

 

EU leaders are scheduled to meet on June 17 and June 27-28, shortly after the EU parliamentary election. Politico and other media have suggested that they would use those opportunities to agree on a replacement for Michel if he wins the election, although the process would have to move more quickly than usual. The rectangular hunk of metal jammed in the truckโ€™s engine bay, causing the beam to push Jansen out the rear window as the truck traveled another 168 feet along the guardrail.

'Unacceptable safety levels'

In an April 4, 2017, letter to the Federal Highway Administration, Schroer said Lindsay was "unable to resolve our concerns regarding a lack of bolt torque specifications in their installation instructions," which "could result in the terminal performing differently from the original tested conditions."

 

TDOT officials found that in some crashes, the guardrail ends โ€” rectangular hunks of metal โ€” separated horizontally from the guardrails and speared vehicles with deadly results, Schroer wrote.

Context

Chaos ensued at Chabad World Headquarters located at 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights on Monday afternoon, disrupting the davening and learning that take place there around the clock.

 

The trigger: A cement truck.

 

The truck showed up on Union Street behind Lubavitch World Headquarters with the apparent assignment to fill up an underground tunnel that ran from the main shul to the now-closed Mikvah building next door.

 

Bochurim, mostly from Israel and wearing โ€˜Meshichistโ€™ yarmulkas and pins, responded with fury. They have been reportedly behind the digging of the tunnel, claiming it was to expand 770 visited by residents and visitors on a daily basis.

 

They proceeded to tear down the iconic wooden panels that wrapped the walls of the main shul. They then tore down wooden beams and used what appeared to be a hammer to break the shulโ€™s brick wall.

 

The result is a very visible opening from the main shul to the tunnel. Officers of the NYPD were seen entering 770 to survey the developments but have not made arrests.

 

The main shul of 770 has long been the subject of a legal dispute between Agudas Chassidei Chabad / Merkos Lโ€™inyonei Chinuch and Cong. Lubavitch Inc. over who is the rightful owner of the 770-788 Eastern Parkway complex. Bochurim have long had free reign in the main shul, even violently barring some from entering.

A decade ago I was waiting inline at a local convenience store owned by and Indian family to get gas. Correct. Subpoena does do that. This anon worked in admin law and issued subpoenas for evidence. So in criminal law they would need a warrant. To get a warrant for all those alleged fingerprints, you would need probable cause. A judge will not find probable cause to search for evidence of a crime no one is alleging and there is no evidence of.

Reread what I wrote about that, a crime was already committed, and there are numerous pieces of circumstantial evidence that they can technically do forensics on with any court order.
