all of NY, hell almost all of the oldest US cities have tunnels. I don't get what prompted this or the outrage.
Who & how was it found seems to be the key but I haven't run across that. Does someone have that?
It's NY, the cops are not going to come because they found a tunnel. That's not the same as finding a tunnel in a fairly new sfd.
