Been testing, I'm finding even if there is a word prior to random numbers it is best to just use the last number even if there is a real word, because in the image name screenshot the last digit is 5 which is later combined with to make a date.

I think we are safe to exclude "#", but looks like we may need to keep "*".

Are the "+" the same as "#"? We removed them, but I'm glad you included them for a full picture. It's almost like layers that if you only read going down/up *=message, only read @=message +=message. There has to be a reason Q replied to Q, if not this something else. Hmm, but reading across there would be duplication.
There are so many factors to consider. To keep my sanity when doing these columns I listed multiples in the order of search/newest.
if you can do more columns[min] just like this, we can get a better view across what happens.

This could be one way to isolate timestamps one reason to reply to self or Anons.
Timestamp matched posts Q and Anons. Look what happens when you group them accordingly, two more messages!?
The individual min columns in sec sorting order have easy to see messages when additionally sorted by Q vs A matching timestamp posts. We may need to wait a bit more for more Q posts to get a clearer picture of when all combine horizontal message, but will take my best guess with it as to what's missing/not posted. Also, there are 2 more every other column so maybe shift two or one. Reading directions may be left right right left left right for across. up down up down if columns/min flow across this way too.
Here is just a plain one, wanted to note that if up is down left is right & mirror the lines on the right side of the clock could be a different color than on the left. Didn't get fancy when I did [00][30]&[15][45] ←not sorting order for [MIN] just chronological order for clock graphics, which was just a simple straight line in one color, maybe two thinner different color together for 00&30, 15&45 each side one color?

Up is down, down is up, it reads both ways using only matching timestamp posts so far, via up and down in the individual timestamps, but testing across the reverse reads better at 01:59 59:01, time will tell with newer postings. I don't have enough columns of the mins completed to finish testing lining across by<sec>. Also haven't done enough testing on the *+@, but looks interesting!
On different results for last word, I'd lean towards what your programming picks up. I'll go back to see what may have happened.

There are the 4 shared timestamps and the NP +1 +5 as in the graphic, haven't had a chance to see it this way with a last word cipher. Seems tricky on what the order may be, have some ideas, but need to test if they are even a possibility.

Yes, then Q should re-appear after the 10 days. On the "word code" it is the last word of the Q post, some posts don't have any words or graphics, if understanding correctly what Q has said no to graphics & keywords in stringers, if not preceding word. Did look at last line, one thing noticing in posts it seemed to be pointing to the last word. Interesting thought on the "second markers), and another way to extract certain lines, depending on the minute markers of the post & the marker each calendar day has on the Q-Clock." Would love to see what that looks like.
I barely scratched the surface on what was going on there, do you know if anything came of it or if it was abandoned and if so, if ever tested all the way through. The reason I as is because we all have thought of different ciphers to use by different Q clues. ROT, brute force, p=c (something like that), m = 13, 1,2,3 a,b,c, Wheel, (can't think of anymore of hand, please jump in other anons)

I didn't get anything from the playfair cipher, doesn't mean it's not the answer. On the ROT-13 used with numbers as the ROT-18 when combining with simple Gematria did get some interesting results, but it became confusing after a while how to apply rules for consistency. Looking at cipher machines/enigma ciphers like that there is a reflection wheel, but no progress so far turning timestamps into letters.
But, Q also said Learn Russian. There is a Russian handwritten cipher that is similar to the playfair but instead of a 5by5 it uses a method called a Straddling Checkerboard, yes checkerboard/chessboard, in creating the key that then combines not simple gematria but number values and when you change the letter into number values you then further encrypt by adding a set of 4 numbers across the message. It could be very promising if the answer can be found in Q posts on which order to list the key/alpha. Called the Vic cipher
ESTONIA-R (there is an actual post with ESTONIA in it could this be why?) common letters, this is mixed up in the first line similar to playfair, remaining letters filled in next to rows. 30 spaces total, the 1st line with ESTONIA-R & 2 blank spaces
the second line with alpha filled in with letters not used in alphabet-ESTONIA-R.
3rd line there will be two blank spaces filled in with / & * identical to the blank spaces from first row.
numbers come in to assign like a coordinate on a Map. How to mix up ESTONIA-R, kicker another keyword could be used instead of common letters. I chose backwards for mirror. putting a space where the - goes and one before & is spell "rain" as in make it rain. The numbers that go on the side are where there are blank spaces on the row.

it was bypassing +1 in time & there wasn't a comma.

What am I missing? I stepped away from my computer after posting graphic, returned refreshed twitter, found now deleted tweet, posted, discovered it deleted. I have my twitter set on EST & converting 8ch time from my timezone to EST, help.
Trump twitter archive is 1 hour behind twitter EST time setting. I have my setting on twitter in EST time just for POTUS tweets even though I am not in EST timezone.
I snipped the tweets with timezone as in the setting, snipped a settings pic to see how they have it listed.
Looks interesting, never worked with these hexadecimal, in fact I'm not even sure if I've ever heard of them before. Way too much work for you to create all of those paths/lines across the clock, what if you created a small layer & using selection a small yellow or any color you choose, then duplicate /flip/rotate it around the clock onto the min mark or even easier put a small red dot on the min marks & then you can put them all on the same layer at 23 opacity so you can still see the min marks.
I don't know if I can be much help, if there is something you think I could do, name it.

Gimp tips
Make sure you are on the correct layer.
If you are trying to say erase, you're on the correct layer & it won't, you may need to select none by either at the top under select then none or right click, select then none.
Learned these the hard way as I knew nothing about Gimp when I started.
What part do you need help with? Did you read the graphic or at least highlighted parts?
I usually make more crops of the larger.
I tested this graphic on a child, non public school education. When testing one of the things I asked after they read the Risk info & the POTUS Risk tweet, I asked what does it mean? I will quote part of their response,

POTUS has been LITERALLY telling us the day, Wow is all I can say, POTUS/Q team are amazing.
I feel your shock, it's always that way, takes forever to get others to pay attention or listen it can feel like this most of the time.
