At first I thought Q was eluding to Hitler being Merkel's father, but it appears he is wanting us to look at Angela Hitler (Hitlers half sister).. maybe one of her 3 kids produced Merkel, which would make Hitler Merkel's great uncle, and Merkel of the Hitler bloodline

I know there is a rumor that Merkel was made with Hitler's frozen sperm, but theres literally no proof or evidence of that aside from "dude trust me"
