Not sure, it is not hard anyways. If anyone ever looked at my voting application, that was a side affect to my web application builder. In the video you just to a page and divide up a screen into split frames if you like and drop "controls" where you want them to live like textboxes, checkboxes, options, drop-down boxes, memo fields, buttons, etc… then you can assign functions to them. That is much harder than this because I have to know how to modify any piece of html, code, or control that doesn't even exist yet - all in real time.
