The good, experienced police with integrity were systematically removed from the profession through a cadre of tactics. They were replaced by social reform young people and yes men and diversity hires.

It started with walk a mile in her shoes, that had cops wearing red high heels in uniform. Then mined to painting their squad cars rainbow for alphabet inclusion. Now there is a universal hiring decree called 30/30 and departments are being pressured to hire 30% women by 2030. They sign their pledge to the program.
The boss of police departments, the ones who can withhold funding, paychecks, fuck with your pension and make it impossible to do your job, as well as hiring flunkies at idiots like the us LDR nightmares, are the politicians who got elected to municipal councils. The time has passed to. Look at your mayor and board members if you wanted good cops. Now you’ll have to replace your politicians before you can see policing come back with the integrity it had just 15 years ago.
