(Alternately, add the first two, 1+10=11, also an 11-3. Multiple pathways in seems to mean it's heightened, just as digits on a post indicate heightening, not necessarily truth though! E.g., "666" on an evil post doesn't mean it's truthful, etc…)

Your employer forces you to do something, and legal fuckwits argue that force was not employed because you could have chosen to kill your family by stopping working so you couldn't feed them?

That's the same retarded line of argument as "the riots just destroyed property, you have insurance, you can rebuild." No; the reality is, those business owners families depended on the business continuing, insurance is not 100% coverage and not 100% of people buy insurance, and those who don't (buy; or, have enough coverage) will go hungry if it is destroyed.

Logic says some may have died as a result of the burning and looting.

Logic also says that if an employer is requiring employees to take some action the employees don't agree to and which doesn't help the company's bottom line? That's a form of force. And the government colluded in the forcing.
