Congress may rubber stamp, but we are only supposed to go to war if we are directly threatened - not when some cabal of politicians want to make money, traffic drugs and kill our citizens.

War Power is supposed to originate from Congress, after deliberation.

THERE NEEDS TO BE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION TO DO THAT"War Powers Act"

A simple passage of a law by Congress fails to meet the standard of contradicting the Constitution.

Constitution was created in a certain way, for a reason; to just avoid WTH we've been going through for over 100 years,.

It fails.
