i watched that aspirin documentary some anon posted a week ago. i didn't know this but it's simply salicylic acid. good at fighting cancer and promoting proper dna replication. the acid might melt parasite eggs i think. back in the day with the willow bark there were some complications but with modern technology we can isolate the salicylic acid now. i think simply using vinegar is how they figured it out. big pharma doesnt promote aspirin because it is so cheap and doesnt make them money.

parasite eggs are super resilient. parasites are one of leading causes of cancer. aspirin prevents cancer. so the salicylic acid maybe melts the protective layer on the eggs. salicylic acid for disinfection of acne and such also good for skincare and a good astringent.
