Reports of Prison Experimentatation

Since the 1960s, U.S. prisoners have reported physical and psychological torture with remote electromagnetic technologies. John Ginter and many other prisoners describe a strikingly similar cluster of torture techniques that matches the development and description of electromagnetic technology.

 

Behavioral control experiments on prisoners has a long history. For example, in the 1974 Congressional hearing entitled Individual Rights and the Federal Role in Behavior Modification, abuses at California's Vacaville prison in the early 1970s included psychosurgery and behavior control drug experimentation using a paralyzing drug called anectine. Anectine causes a prolonged seizure of the respiratory system that some have described as "worse than dying." Researchers stated that they had tested it in an aversive treatment program as "a means of suppressing hazardous behavior {e.g., repeated assaults, attempted suicide.}" In the 1974 Southern California Law Review Vol. 47:247 in an article entitled Legislating the Control of Behavior Control, Michael H. Shapiro commented about the illegal Vacaville prison experiments;

 

"Such gross assaults upon personal autonomy should dispatch any notions that officialdom in general or the medical profession in particular can safely be left to their own devices in determining the nation and occasions for intervention in human mentation for purposes of achieving mind/behavior control."

 

Dr. L.J. West, director of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute proposed a new Center for the Study of Violent Behavior which would have used prisoners at Vacaville and other sites. It was heavily supported by Governor Reagan. The 4-1-73 San Francisco Chronicle article stated "Although the description does not say brain surgery will necessarily be carried out, West says it's one means possible to control violent behavior. …The most potentially controversial project is called "Violence Prediction and Brain Waves."

 

In a Los Angeles Times article dated 4-16-73, West denied that psychosurgery would be performed at the Center. But leaked copies of the proposals stated otherwise. The Center was not approved, in part a result of heavy public opposition.

 

Dr. West also has a long history of behavior control research. A government memorandum entitled "Interrogation Techniques," dated 1-14-53 stated, "If the services of Major Louis J. West, USAF (MC), a trained hypnotist, can be obtained and another man well grounded in conventional psychological interrogation …a well-balanced interrogation research center could be established …" According to the New York Times, Dr. West worked on LSD experiments financed by the CIA.

 

Dr. West is still at UCLA and is listed as a contributor to the 1996 USAF Scientific Advisory Board's "New World Vistas" report. He is believed to be the anonymous author of a paper in this report entitled "Biological Process Control". This paper describes the future use of electromagnetic technology on the human system that "would render an opponent incapable of taking any meaningful action involving any higher motor skills, (e.g. using weapons, operating tracking systems)."

  1. It was not an insurrection. Insurrection is an organized, armed, violent overthrow of the government requiring a military response.

  2. The President cannot violently overthrow himself.

  3. The President is the only official who is legally authorized to declare that an insurrection is occurring. This is because the President is the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces and is required to suppress the insurrection.

  4. 14A-3 does not directly apply to the President. It indirectly applies to the President through the impeachment process. Trump was acquitted of insurrection by the Senate through the impeachment trial.

  5. The States have no independent authority to enforce 14A-3 without any specific enforcement legislation by Congress.

  6. The President is not an "officer of the United States". The President appoints the Officers of the United States and the Senate confirms them in their appointments. The President cannot appoint himself to his own office nor does the Senate confirm him in the Office of President.

I have read over the years that Tucker indeed applied to the CIA. No particular sauce, but I have been on this ride from the beginning and believe it would be generally common knowledge here. A GOP candidate in Missouri has taken a flamethrower to 'grooming, indoctrinating and sexualizing' books in a wild video shared on social media as part of her campaign.

 

Valentina Gomez, 24, who is running to be Secretary of State, shared footage of herself setting two LGBTQ-inclusive books on fire on X on Tuesday.

 

'When I’m Secretary of State, I will BURN all books that are grooming, indoctrinating, and sexualizing our children. MAGA. America First,' she wrote.

 

Gomez ended the video with a picture of her holding a large gun as well as her campaign poster.

 

She complained her clip was censored on Instagram and X as it was flagged as hateful conduct.

 

Gomez began the video by showing off her flame thrower that was already lit.

 

'This is what I'll do to the grooming books when I become secretary of state,' she said before burning the books.

 

'These books come from a Missouri Public Library. When I am in office, they will burn,' she added.

 

The books in the video included Naked: Not Your Average Sex Encyclopedia, which was written by Myriam Daguzan Bernier and Queer, 2nd Edition: The Ultimate LGBTQ Guide for Teens by Kathy Belge and Marke Bieschke.

 

Her campaign director Maicoll Gomez told NBC News the 'message is simple.'

 

'You want to be gay? Fine be gay. Just don’t do it around children,' she said in a statement.

 

'Stop putting books in libraries about sexualization, indoctrination and grooming of children. Children need to learn mathematics, science, developing their people skills, getting fit, while protecting their innocence.

 

'Not learning the ideologies that the radical left loves to push on children. I am against all drag shows around children, pride flags in classrooms, teachers with pronouns, people wanting to "change" genders, and people that can’t even define what a woman is.

Bell cuts 4,800 jobs, sells dozens of radio stations amid media shakeup

About one in ten (9%) employees with Bell are now without work after its parent company made cuts Thursday, owing to government and regulatory decisions that undermine the industry.

 

Among the cuts include 45 regional radio stations, multiple television newscasts and other programs that will affect 4,800 employees. The closure follows annual losses of $40 million, courtesy of declining demand and revenue from their media provisions.

 

The parent company axed 1,300 media jobs last June in a bid to "significantly adapt" how it delivers the news.

 

"We continue to face a difficult economy … that undermines investment in our networks, fails to support our business in a time of crisis, and fails to level the playing field with global tech giants," reads an open letter by Mirko Bibic, President and CEO of Bell Canada Enterprises.

 

The telecom behemoth reported a 23% decline in fourth-quarter profits, reported True North. They project upwards of $200 million in savings this year through restructuring measures.

 

Bell executive vice-president and chief legal and regulatory officer Robert Malcolmson said last summer they could no longer wait for regulatory reform after losing $80 million since 2022.

 

"We are horizontally combining the news production function so that you have one common platform serving news to the relevant outlet from one management team," he told CP24 News.

 

An internal memo said consolidating costs would allow for "greater collaboration," representing a 6% reduction in Bell Media's workforce. Corporate management positions also received similar cuts, with one-in-five executive roles also receiving the axe.

 

"The job reductions are consistent with but smaller than similar reductions announced by other leading technology and media companies across North America in recent months," said Bibic.

 

"We have a responsibility to our shareholders and employees to ensure the business can be positioned for future growth, which means we have to make our cost structure make sense," added Malcolmson.

 

Other service reductions include the closure of 107 The Source stores across Canada.

 

Bell is also raising its wireless phone plan prices this month, as previously reported by True North. A prior open letter by Bibic confirmed they could lose at least $250 million in legacy phone revenues annually.

 

Of notable concern is a recent CRTC decision against the company that provides third party resellers access to its high-speed fibre network before recouping its multi-billion-dollar investment.

 

Last November 6, Bell announced it would reduce network investments in excess of $1 billion in fiscal year 2024/25, including $500 million following the decision.

 

As a result, the company has rolled back its planned fibre network expansion from nine to 8.3 million locations, disproportionately impacting Western Canada. It puts "access to high-speed fibre Internet at risk for millions of Canadians in rural, suburban, and urban communities," they said.

 

Bell has since filed for an appeal of the decision in Federal Court, which remains ongoing.

During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, family members and business associates created a web of over 20 companies, most of which were limited liability companies, to rake in over 24 million dollars by selling Biden as “the brand.” At least nine Biden family members received wire transfers from foreign entities via Hunter Biden’s shell companies, the committee revealed last year.

 

“The Justice Department must provide Congress with unfettered access to these documents to determine if President Biden’s retention of sensitive materials was used to help the Bidens’ influence peddling schemes,” said Comer.

A MUST READ: There's a lot of talk about the Democrats bringing in a last minute replacement candidate to run in 2024 for Joe Biden since it's been publicly proven that he is unfit for office, much less able to run again for another 4 years. There's a problem though that people aren't thinking about.

 

Every single state has their own election laws that REQUIRE a candidate to have filed, paid the fees, and aquired the necessary signatures (sometimes as many as several thousand from EVERY voting district in that state) before they can run as a presidential candidate in that state. There's only 11 states and DC left whose filing dates haven't already passed. Half of those remaining 11 state's final filing dates are today, February 9th, 2024.

People say "oh they'll just change the laws in the 39 states whose final filing dates have already passed". Well, there are laws preventing that as well. Most states say any changes made to the election laws must be completed before the state begins accepting applications from potential candidates. In fact, many states say new election laws passed will not take effect until the following election cycle. So, change them in 2024, they won't take effect until 2028.

 

There's protection here provided to someone in Trump's position. If a state tries to alter it's election laws to allow a last minute registration or a last minute change to their laws, Trump can use the state's own statutes against them and sue to stop them with a court injunction. State election laws are pretty well set in stone if not changed on time. Unless those "replacement candidates" filed discretely long ago, the deadline to file has already passed in 39 states.

Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick of Texas said a Department of Justice report that described President Joe Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory” is proof enough for him Democrats are going with a different candidate in November.

 

The memo, along with Biden’s late Thursday news conference, means that those who are pulling the strings in the Democratic Party are forcing Biden out, Patrick claimed. He specifically blamed former President Barack Obama and the deep state.

 

Patrick made the comments on social media Friday morning, where he also predicted Americans could see former first lady Michelle Obama on their ballots this fall.

“I’ve said for over a year many times that Joe Biden would not be on the ticket and Michelle Obama would be the likely nominee. It’s clear the Democrat deep state run by Barack Obama knew they had to take him down to give them a chance in November.

On Thursday, special counsel Robert Hur recommended against charging Biden with a crime after investigating him for mishandling classified documents during his time as vice president from 2017 until 2021.

 

Hur’s report on the investigation concluded Biden has memory issues and a jury would likely find him to be a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

 

“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt,” Hur’s report stated. “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

Historians of the future, gathered round their campfires poaching armadillo tail-flaps in their own shells, will harken back to the wondrous day in 2024 when they could watch and compare two heads of great nations present themselves to the world for assessment.

 

There was Mr. Putin of the land called Russia, calmly discoursing in fine detail on a thousand years of his country’s history.

 

And there was Mr. Biden of the USA, facing the White House press pool, angrily refuting a special prosecutor’s glum conclusion that the President was not mentally competent to be tried in court on the finding that he’d indeed mishandled classified documents.

 

The contrast between the two figures might even alert the mandarins of our Ivy League that something has gone very wrong in this country for a decade or more, and could arouse suspicions among the faculties that they had been gulled into a false view of our recent history.

 

Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report issued Thursday said it rather plainly:

 

"In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse.

 

He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (“if it was 2013, when did I stop being Vice President?”), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (“in 2009, am I still Vice president?”).

 

He did not remember even within several years, when his son Beau died.

 

And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.”

The disclosure raises not a few uncomfortable questions.

 

If Mr. Biden’s declining mental condition was apparent to federal attorneys interviewing him - admittedly not top psychologists - then wouldn’t the same picture present itself to the scores of assistants and subalterns busy toiling with the president around the clock for three years in the White House? Not to mention the myriad other government officials, agency heads, corporate nabobs, and news media notables streaming through the Oval Office every hour of the day? And yet, every last one of them has gone along with the pretense that Mr. Biden is doing just fine and is capable of running for reelection. Weird, a little bit.

 

If there has been any discussion about Mr. Biden being in possession of the so-called “nuclear football,” the briefcase full of launch codes for our arsenal of missiles and bombers, it has gone unnoticed in the press. I suppose a conspiracy to suppress that chatter would be labeled a “conspiracy theory,” which also suggests that Mr. Biden’s mental deficiencies have somehow infected the entire body politic of the USA. That is, much of the whole US population is mentally unwell, living in a national hall of mirrors. How did that happen? Is it possible that there are branches of our government dedicated to driving the population crazy. . . a kind of ordeal-by-gaslight?

 

That impression was only reinforced by listening to the president of our supposed adversary, Russia, Mr. Putin, in his confab with independent journalist Tucker Carlson. For one thing, Mr. Putin dared to express the likelihood that somebody, or group of somebodies, must be secretly running the executive branch of America’s government behind the mentally vacant figurehead “President Biden,” but Mr. Putin would not venture to guess who that might be.

 

What Mr. Putin displayed most of all was an air of prudence, an awareness that America’s behavior has become increasingly and dangerously unhinged over the years he’s been in power, requiring much delicacy and Christian patience not to worsen. Ukraine was at the center of the discussion, of course, since it has become a point of dangerous geopolitical inflammation. It is unclear whether the American audience was able to follow Mr. Putin’s detailed disquisition on the history of Ukraine, and how lately it eventuated in America’s bungling effort to wrest it out of Russia’s sphere of influence. He explained his view of events around the “Maidan coup” of 2014 and NATO’s repudiation of the Minsk Agreements that might have satisfactorily ended hostilities and provided a framework for reestablishing Ukraine’s status as a neutral borderland between Europe and Asia.

 

Mr. Putin also confirmed my own conjecture: that, after the fall of the USSR, Russia had one overriding concern in foreign affairs: to be re-admitted to the European family of nations as a once-again “normal,” member, especially in trade relations, after seventy-five years of its peculiar communist experiment. He spoke of this quite ruefully as a lost opportunity to shore up Western Civilization — now engaged in a mystifying act of mass suicide that Russia decidedly wishes to opt out of by strategically reorienting with the BRICs bloc.

This Friday morning, the USA is fraught with events unspooling. As I write, with dawn just breaking, there is almost zero opinion yet formed about these troubling matters on the vast Internet — but it will probably come in hot-and-heavy as the day ticks on. If Mr. Biden is truly mentally incompetent, as established more-or-less legally by Special Counsel Hur, then there is the obvious remedy of the 25th amendment — removal of a president for reason of disability. A debate over this would seem unavoidable now.

 

The question also implies that Mr. Biden’s charade of running for reelection must come to an end.

 

What will the Democratic party do about that?

 

A not inconsiderable part of our Ukraine problem has been that our chief executive was for years engaged in bribery and money-laundering misadventures there, for which there is abundant and powerful evidence, meaning he may have had very personal interests in keeping that country disordered — and sending billions of dollars there, some of it surely embezzled among the Zelensky government. You’d have to also be aware that the bag-man in those operations, the President’s son, Hunter, might well have misbehaved with drugs and prostitutes on his many trips to Ukraine as a board member of Burisma. Hunter’s self-compiled archive of round-the-world drug-fueled porn recordings on the laptop that (the FBI confirmed recently) was unquestionably his own, suggests that the Ukraine authorities may have their own recordings of him behaving similarly, or worse, and are using them to blackmail “President Joe Biden.”

 

We will also learn the judgment, probably with remarkable dispatch, of the Supreme Court in the matter of Colorado kicking Donald Trump off the election ballot. Meanwhile, the case against Mr. Trump in Fulton County, Georgia, is falling apart in DA Fani Willis’s pathetically comical scandal, now with a new “love nest” twist (paid for with public money). And Judge Engoron and AG Letitia James might be weighing the fates of their reputations in the shabbily-conducted and bogus real estate valuation fraud case against Mr. Trump, which will eventually be vivisected at some level of appeal.

 

The old saying remains powerful: There are decades when nothing happens, and weeks when decades happen.

Mining company finds 2.34 BILLION tons of rare earth minerals in Wyoming!

Much of today's high tech, for computer, automobile, communications and military applications, requires ingredients called rare earth minerals.

 

They are not widely available and China, with an estimated 44 million metric tons of resources, has been the source for some 95% of those components used around the world.

 

That makes the U.S. dependent on an unfriendly Communist regime for significant advances in its technology.

 

But that could be changing, as a report in the Daily Mail reveals that a mining company has announced the discovery of "more than 2.34 billion metric tons" in Wyoming.

 

"American Rare Earths Inc announced that the reserves near Wheatland dramatically surpass the Asian nation’s 44 million metric tons, saying it 'exceeded our wildest dreams' after drilling only about 25 percent of the property," the report said.

 

It explained the results come from the company's stake in hundreds of mining claims across 6,320 acres of land in the Halleck Creek Project, in southeastern Wyoming not far from Nebraska and Colorado, as well as mineral leases on another 1,844 acres of the Cowboy State Mine.

 

Already confirmed are minerals like neodymium, praseodymium, samarium, dysprosium and terbium.

 

Such are used in smartphones, hybrid vehicles, military applications and more.

 

For example, the report noted magnets made from neodymium "are used in hard disc drives and mobile phones, while praseodymium is used in high-strength alloys in aircraft engines. Dysprosium is used to make control rods in nuclear reactors, and terbium is used in low-energy lightbulbs and mercury lamps."

 

Company CEO Don Swartz said China wants "market dominance," but the issue now is "a race."

The Timeline

 

The Protocols were written at the start of antisemitism in Russia, with thousands of Jews fleeing the country and the start of the pogroms, Jewish concentration camps. Setting the scene for antisemitism was Frederick Millingen’s The Conquest of the World by Jews and Hippolytus Lutostansky’s Jews and the Talmud. Both works claimed that the Jews wanted to divide Russia up for themselves. Jews were also blamed for the loss of the Russo-Japanese war and the revolution of 1905.

 

A member of the Czarist secret police, Professor Serge A Milus, is reported to have edited and initially published the protocols. The Protocols first appeared in a Russian newspaper, Znamya, in 1903. It was published originally in 1905 in a book titled The Great in the Small: The Coming of the Anti-Christ and the Rule of Satan on Earth. This was written by Serge A Nilus. Most agree that the protocols were fabricated sometime between 1897 and 1899 under Pyotr Rachovsky, head of the Russian secret police.

 

It is generally accepted the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion was a forgery. In 1921 the London Times produced conclusive proof that the Protocols were a forgery, describing the Protocols as a “clumsy forgery”. Most of the passages of the Protocols have been taken from a French political satire that never mentioned Jews – Maurice Joly’s Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu (1864). The phrasing between the two texts is almost identical.

 

The protocols would come to play a significant part in the Jewish Holocaust. They had a serious influence on Adolf Hitler who mentioned them frequently in Mein Kampf. The Nazi party published 23 editions of the Protocols before the start of World War II.

 

In 1935 a Swiss court declared the Protocols as “ridiculous nonsense” and “obvious forgeries”. The US Senate issued a report in 1964 that the Protocols were fabricated. However even while the Protocols were ridiculed by many, it also had quite a following. In 1974 it was published in India under the title International Conspiracy Against Indians. In 2004 the Protocols were published in Japan. In 2005 an edition of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, authorized by the Syrian Ministry of Information, claims that the Elders of Zion coordinated September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States.

 

It is worth noting that the Bible is only mentioned once in the Protocols and that the Old Testament is quoted in Latin. The Protocols also claim that the Jewish elites had a hand in the French revolutions. However, this is cited as evidence largely discrediting the work of the protocols. At the time of the French revolution, there were only a handful of Jews who were, by and large, the subjects of antisemitism. However, this can also be construed in the opposite light, that there was antisemitic behavior followed by unrest and upheaval, meaning that the antisemitism was proven correct.

 

Despite the declaration that the Protocols are a forgery, there are still many followers, described as Neo-Nazi, White Supremacists and Holocaust deniers. Books based on the Holocaust are disseminated worldwide and has a surprising following in Japan, where there are little Jews. The Arab and Islamic world actively teach the protocols to children. It is often used to justify terrorism against Israeli citizens. There is no denying that it is a forgery, however a very accurate one.
