If you watch the youtube comments from witnesses. The were a bunch of shots fired. One woman said one first shot, and the maybe ten more followed. Articles posted in the bread suggest sheriff deputies shot the shooter and I think the child. Kind of suggests something was going on before people realized it because all the shots were at once.
I don't think the full story is out, of course.
