Reporter: The administration still has security concerns about TikTok, even though the campaign has now joined it?

Kirby: I cannot speak, nor will I speak for the campaign…nothing has changed about the national security concerns from the NSC's perspective about the use of TikTok on government devices. That policy is still in place.

Reporter: Surely there must have been some conversation between the White House and the campaign of whether it was appropriate for the campaign to use it?

Kirby: I can't speak to that.

Jean-Pierre [quoting Mrs. Biden]: [Joe Biden] does more in one hour than most people do in a day.

Reporter: Does the White House think that the idea of [Biden[ taking a cognitive test as a part of this physical is a legitimate idea, particularly on the heels of the Special Council Report, more polling…showing that many American people have concerns about that?

Jean-Pierre: I'm just going to say what Dr. O'Connor said to me about a year ago when the report came out last year on his physical, which is, [Biden] proves every day how he operates. How he thinks. By dealing with world leaders. By making really difficult decisions on behalf of the American people, whether it's domestic, whether it's national security. He shows it every day on how he thinks, how he operated. That is how Dr. O'Connor sees it.

Reporter: What do you think about the idea of taking that kind of a test?

Jean-Pierre: I have known [Biden] since 2009. He is not just my boss, he's also a mentor to me….He is sharp, he is on top of things.

Reporter: When can we talk to [Biden's] doctor, and how come they haven't been asked to come out here and talk with us, given the Hur Report that challenges [Biden's] mental fitness?

Jean-Pierre: So look, uh, you know, just to speak to the Hur Report really, really, quickly. Special Council Hur is, as far as I remember, obviously a republican, a, a, a, prosecutor. He's not a medical doctor. He's just not. It's not for him to speak to. It's just not. You've heard from legal experts from across the ideological spectrum…they have come out to say the stuff in this report that is capturing all of your attention right now is just wrong. It's flatly wrong. It is inappropriate. It is gratuitous…it is for a medical doctor to decide on that.
