Who routes the votes from the Statehouses into the US Congress? The WHMO runs comms for the WH. Presumably the military runs Congresses Network? The Architect of the Capitol (AoC) doesn't run a stand-alone network? It probably gets a big ol feed from the Pentagon. Anything can happen at the bottleneck.

They don't have a report from the WH Physician (Trigger)
