I find it very interesting this report surfaces in the New York Times and not The Washington Post first. This material distinction showcases the motive for the outline is heavily domestic in nature; meaning, the core of domestic USA politics (specifically the White House) needs to admit that Ukraine is a proxy province in order to retrigger support for policy. The White House is admitting the CIA and larger IC apparatus, which includes the State Dept., has been heavily controlling all activity in Ukraine for the past decade.The only reason to admit this now very publicly is because they are losing voter support. The US’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) maintains 12 secret bases in Ukraine along the border with Russia, and last Thursday CIA chief William Burns made his 10th secret visit to Ukraine since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

The Times is now reporting the USA (State Dept.) was responsible for the coup in Ukraine (color revolution) and took control over political operations in 2014. We have long suspected this; many have reported exactly this reality; however, this is the first time it has all been admitted.

(NYT) – The C.I.A.’s partnership in Ukraine can be traced back to two phone calls on the night of Feb. 24, 2014, eight years to the day before Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Millions of Ukrainians had just overrun the country’s pro-Kremlin government and the president, Viktor Yanukovych, and his spy chiefs had fled to Russia. In the tumult, a fragile pro-Western government quickly took power.

The government’s new spy chief, Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, arrived at the headquarters of the domestic intelligence agency and found a pile of smoldering documents in the courtyard. Inside, many of the computers had been wiped or were infected with Russian malware.

“It was empty. No lights. No leadership. Nobody was there,” Mr. Nalyvaichenko said in an interview.

He went to an office and called the C.I.A. station chief and the local head of MI6. It was near midnight but he summoned them to the building, asked for help in rebuilding the agency from the ground up, and proposed a three-way partnership. “That’s how it all started,” Mr. Nalyvaichenko said. The report tries to paint various Ukraine officials as the originators of the operation to use Ukraine as the tip of the spear against the Russia construct; however, it doesn’t take a deep weeds walker torealize that part of the narrative is needed to protect the U.S. foreign influence policy from public ridicule.

The White House needs support for their Ukraine proxy. The public opposition to that continued policy agenda is a problem. The politicians are caving to pressure from the people. The IC needs to change the narrative urgently; thus the admission takes place.

State attorneys general say more than 85,000 children lost at the border

They are asking Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and FBI Director Christopher Wray to provide information on when the children were last seen and what safeguards are in place to ensure they are placed with family members.

The Center Square) - Twenty-two state attorneys general said Monday more than 85,000 migrant children could be lost based on a report from the Department of Health and Human Services.

The report issued this month shows many of the children could be in the labor market or sex trafficked, they said in a letter.

"By law, the Department of Health and Human Services is responsible for keeping these children safe when they arrive," the attorneys general said in their letter. "That responsibility includes reuniting children with family or placing them with a sponsor who will protect them from trafficking and exploitation. But that Department is not living up to its responsibilities, and the cost of that failure is tens of thousands of missing children."

They are asking Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and FBI Director Christopher Wray to provide information on when the children were last seen and what safeguard

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird led the coalition along with Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch and Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes.

“Losing 85,000 kids is like losing the entire population of Sioux City," Bird said. "This is unacceptable. As a mom, it makes me sick to know that many of these missing kids have been trapped into forced labor and exploited by heinous sex traffickers. It’s the federal government’s job to keep these children safe. I’ve joined with 21 other attorneys general in demanding that the Biden Administration immediately locate and protect these children.”

A new MintPress News study of media coverage of the deaths of American journalist and commentator Gonzalo Lira and Russian political leader Alexey Navalny has found that the establishment U.S. press overwhelmingly ignored the former and focussed on the latter. The New York Times, Washington Post, ABC News, Fox News and CNN collectively ran 731 segments on Navalny between February 16 and February 22, compared to just one on Lira since his death on January 12, perhaps because one was a Western-backed figure who died at the hands of an official enemy state, while the other was a pro-Russian voice who met their end at the hands of the Ukrainian government.

MintPress conducted a quantitative analysis of the media coverage of two political figures who recently died in prison: Alexey Navalny and Gonzalo Lira. Both were controversial characters and critics of the governments that imprisoned them. Both died under suspicious circumstances (their families both maintain they were effectively murdered). And both died in the past six weeks, Navalny in February and Lira in January. A crucial difference in their stories, however, is that Navalny perished in an Arctic penal colony after being arrested in Russia (an enemy state), while Lira’s life ended in a Ukrainian prison, abandoned by the pro-Kiev government in Washington, D.C.

The study compared the coverage of Navalny and Lira’s death in five leading outlets: the New York Times, the Washington Post, ABC News, Fox News, and CNN. These outlets were chosen for their reach and influence and, together, could be said to reasonably represent the corporate media spectrum as a whole. The data was compiled using the Dow Jones Factiva news database and searches on the websites of the news organizations. This study takes no position on the matter of Navalny, Lira, or the Russia-Ukraine war.

In total, the five outlets collectively ran 731 articles or segments that discussed or mentioned Navalny’s death, including 151 from the Times, 75 from the Post, 177 from ABC, 215 from Fox, and 113 from CNN. This means that each organization studied ran more than one piece per hour.

This media storm stands in stark contrast to the Lira case, where the entire corporate media coverage of his death boiled down to a single Fox News article. Moreover, the article in question described him as “spreading pro-Russian propaganda” in its headline, did not inform readers that there was anything suspicious about his death, and appeared to be doing its best to justify his treatment in the body of the article. Aside from that, there was radio silence.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis subjected her employees to mandatory race training, forcing the entire office to rate “Black” or “White” skin colors as either “Good” or “Bad,” according to training slides and video exclusively obtained by Breitbart News.

“If you didn’t participate in the quiz, you got fired,” a source exclusively told Breitbart News about Willis’s policy.

Sources who shared the race training with Breitbart News wished to remain anonymous for fear of retribution due to their direct knowledge of the “corrupt” and “hostile work environment” inside the District Attorney’s Office.

Sources described the race training as a directive straight from Willis, “[who] injected racism [into the office] from the second she got hired.” Willis won election in 2020 and is up for reelection this November. In 2021, she began probing former President Donald Trump.

Dubbed an “implicit bias test,” a Harvard website generated the “diversity, equity, and inclusion” slides that made some sources feel ashamed of being white employees.

“Willis had some guy be live for roughly eight hours,” a source said. “He was a former member of Obama’s White House.”

The training suggested the United States was founded on the sins of white men and the slaughter of native Americans, one source described. “I thought it was so wrong.”

“Willis pulled it off as diversity [training], but it was more so an attack on the race [relations] thing,” a source explained.

One element of the training described by a source was a slide test where users had to choose to move an image of a “white” person to a block that said “bad” in order to complete the program:

It said ‘White Bad’ on one side of ‘Black Good’ on the other and an image of a person came up and if you didn’t drag it to the “White Bad” category — the white man pops up in the middle — If you couldn’t pass the test. They put an X in it and it won’t let you move on.

DECONSTRUCTING H.R. 3202: THE ISRAEL LOBBY’S PERSISTENT ROLE IN SANCTIONING SYRIA

On February 13, the U.S. House of Representatives deliberated on Resolution 3202, the “Assad Regime Anti-Normalization Act of 2023.” The following day, the House passed the bill with a 389 to 32 bipartisan majority. Now, the bill moves on to the Senate, where it will most likely pass with similar bipartisan support and a ringing endorsement from President Biden once it reaches his desk.

The bill was pushed with a veneer of Syrian support represented by the advocacy of the Syrian Emergency Task Force (SETF) and the Syrian American Council (SAC) – Syrian opposition groups in the U.S. While its aims seem, at face value, to focus on humanitarian issues and a quest for accountability, the reality is much more complicated.

THE BILL’S STATED AIMS

The bill was presented to the public as a tool for accountability purely targeting the Assad-led government of Syria and any of its in-country partners. The bill purports to achieve this by “Prohibiting any U.S. official action to normalize relations with any Syrian government led by Bashar al-Assad, “Strengthening the human rights sanctions levied on Syria,” and” Examining the Assad government’s manipulation of the United Nations.”

In keeping with the polite presentation of the bill, Moaz Moustafa, SETF Executive Director, said: “We are proud to see legislation that holds the Assad regime and those normalizing with war criminals accountable” as a response to the passage of the bill.

Similarly, on the House floor, House Foreign Relations Committee chairman Mike McCaul announced that “Congress is sending a message that it remains committed to justice for the Syrian people.”

THE BILL’S TRUE AIMS

While the stated aims seem to be focused on accountability and human rights, the real thrust of the bill was conveniently left unmentioned in the SETF and house representatives’ celebratory posts on X (formerly Twitter).

One line, deep within the 22-page bill, reads: “Section 7438 of the Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2019 is amended by striking ‘the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act’ and inserting ‘December 31, 2032.'” This hidden line, left out of all the explainer content dished out by SETF and SAC, extends the Caesar Act, set to expire in 2024, for eight more years.

The perversely named Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2019 has immiserated the more than 12 million Syrian people living under the government of Syria. Since the enactment of the Act, the percentage of the Syrian population below the poverty line has reached 90%, 600,000 Syrian children’s growth was stunted, and cases of anemia in pregnant and breastfeeding women saw a 60% rise.

Described as “unprecedented,” as one of the “strictest and most complex collective regimes in recent history,” and as the “most complicated and far-reaching sanctions regimes ever imposed,” the Syrian groups pushing for Caesar’s eight-year extension understandably shied away from mentioning the most crucial part of this new bill, even though they helped provide Syrian cover for its passing.

On February 27, Russian security forces thwarted a terrorist attack prepared by the Ukrainian special services in the Zaporozhye region. A group of pro-Ukrainian terrorists were supposed to use a combat chemical agent similar to the one developed by the United States.

FSB officers detained three Ukrainian citizens who were preparing a terrorist attack with a special military chemical agent BZ. All three detainees are employees of the Ukrainian special services.

The seized substances are used to create chemical weapons of mass destruction. The substances were developed in the United States.

A similar substance was recently discovered in a cache in Melitopol. Apparently, the terrorist attack was also being prepared in the same city. A week ago, Chief of Russian Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops reported the discovery of a Ukrainian cache with an analogue of the toxic substance BZ in Melitopol on January 28. It was discovered in vials with the inscription “Biosporin” in Ukrainian.

According to information from open sources, BZ is a psychochemical chemical warfare agent that causes acute psychosis, loss of orientation, and hallucinations.

Criminal cases were launched against the detainees accused of ”development, production, accumulation, acquisition or sale of weapons of mass destruction” and “terrorist activities” in the Zaporozhie region.

Israel now not only is intensifying its bombing of Rafah and the South but it is rapidly carving a one mile-wide super corridor highway straight through the heart of Gaza, from West to East, to split Gaza into two more militarily-controllable sectors. It doesn’t care what the UN’s international Criminal Court or its Court of Justice may ever say about Israel and the United States intentions. They both are impervious to rationality. They both know they have the U.S. veto in the bag to block everything.

Meanwhile, to prepare for its next carpet bombing campaign, similar to what the Americans did to the Vietnamese in Vietnam, the Zionists will be using the same 2,000 lb bombs the Americans used in Vietnam with the same devastating effect; while countries like Canada, continue to find bureaucratic loopholes to ship their military war hardware and blood monies of their taxpayers to Israel via the U.S.

Canada–Details of new "online harms" legislation to regulate the internet have emerged, revealing that the bill could lead to more people jailed for life or fined $20,000 for posts that the government defines as "hate speech" based on gender, race, or other categories.

Trudeau's 'online harms' legislation includes life imprisonment for 'hate speech'

As part of the new bill, the Trudeau Liberals are looking to increase punishments for existing hate propaganda offenses in a substantial manner.

Bill C-63 is titled “An Act to enact the Online Harms Act, to amend the Criminal Code, the Canadian Human Rights Act and An Act respecting the mandatory reporting of Internet child pornography by persons who provide an Internet service and to make consequential and related amendments to other Acts.”

It was introduced by Justice Minister Arif Virani in the House of Commons today and passed its first reading in the afternoon.

The new bill will create the Online Harms Act and modify existing laws, amending the Criminal Code as well as the Canadian Human Rights Act, in what the Liberals under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau claim will target certain cases of internet content removal, notably those involving child sexual abuse and pornography.

According to the Trudeau government, Bill C-63 aims to protect kids from online harms and crack down on non-consensual deep-fake pornography involving children and will target seven types of online harms, such as hate speech, terrorist content, incitement to violence, the sharing of non-consensual intimate images, child exploitation, cyberbullying and inciting self-harm.

Virani had many times last year hinted a new Online Harms Act bill would be forthcoming.

While the Trudeau government claims the bill is being created to protect kids, Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) leader Pierre Poilievre said the federal government is looking for clever ways to enact internet censorship laws.

During a February 21, press conference, Poilievre said that Trudeau is looking to in effect criminalize speech with he does not like.

Geoengineering Ramps Up With Large-Scale Government Projects Across the Globe.

Large-scale geo-engineering deliberate interventions to alter the earth's climate will be taking place in the near future. What was once the province of science fiction will soon become part of the official strategies to fight climate change.

Many geoengineering techniques were considered "taboo" until recently by scientists, who feared devastating unintended consequences. According to scientists and business leaders involved in the projects, geoengineering isn’t a substitute for reducing emissions. Rather, it is a way to slow climate warming… while buying time to switch to a carbon-free economy.”

The story reveals that at least three geoengineering experiments are currently taking place around the world. In Australia, researchers from Southern Cross University are releasing a brine mixture into the sky to create larger, brighter clouds that will reflect more sunlight, reducing local temperatures. The Australian government, universities, and conservation organizations are funding the project. Israeli startup Stardust Solutions — with $15 million in private backing — is testing a delivery system to disperse reflective particles at high altitudes, again to reduce solar radiation. The startup is currently testing the system indoors but will move to outdoor tests in the “next few months.” The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute plans to add 6,000 gallons of sodium hydroxide into the ocean off Martha’s Vineyard. They aim to produce a carbon sink that draws carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere and into the sea. This project has a combination of U.S. government and private funding. The release of the chemical will require further approval from the Environmental Protection Agency. Geoengineering made headlines last year when California startup Make Sunsets launched weather balloons containing sulfur dioxide to gauge their effectiveness at releasing the chemical at high altitudes. The revelation of the launches, conducted in Mexico without government approval, drew significant criticism from the scientific community. Mexico’s government announced it would prevent further launches within its territory. Make Sunsets CEO Luke Eisen was unrepentant. He said the company would continue to release as much sulfur into the atmosphere as “we can get customers to pay us” to release. The startup offers a “cooling credit” system, where customers can pay $10 for a gram of sulfur dioxide to be used as a payload in future balloon launches.

Since then, official attitudes towards geoengineering within the scientific community and government have become distinctly more sanguine. A former MIT director’s recent essay in The New York Times urged governments to focus on geoengineering because carbon-reduction schemes have failed. Around the same time, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres claimed the era of global warming was over and that a new era of “global boiling” had begun. “Climate change is here,” he said. “It is terrifying. And it is just the beginning. It is still possible to limit global temperature rise to 1.5C [i.e. above pre-industrial levels] and avoid the very worst of climate change. But only with dramatic, immediate climate action.”

Sixth person charged with spying for Russia in UK

A sixth person has been charged with being part of a suspected Russian spy ring operating in the UK.

Tihomir Ivanov Ivanchev, a 38-year-old Bulgarian national, from Acton, west London, was arrested earlier this month and will appear in court on Wednesday.

He is accused of "conspiring to collect information intended to be directly or indirectly useful to an enemy".

Five other Bulgarian nationals are due to go on trial in October after being charged with the same offence.

Orlin Roussev, 46, from Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, Bizer Dzhambazov 43, and Katrin Ivanova, 32, of Harrow, north-west London, Ivan Stoyanov, 32, of Greenford, west London, and Vanya Gaberova, 29, of Euston, London, were arrested in February 2023.

It is alleged surveillance was carried out on people and places targeted by Russia between August 2020 and February 2023.

The charge faced by Mr Ivanchev alleges he acted with the five other defendants, a person named as Jan Marsalek and others unknown.

It says they"conspired… to obtain, collect, record, publish or communicate documents or information which was calculated to be, or might be intended to be directly or indirectly useful to an enemy for a purpose prejudicial to the safety and interest of the state".

Mr Ivanchev is listed as the owner of a London decorating business.

Commander Dominic Murphy, from the the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command, said he was "was identified and arrested as a result of inquiries made following the previous five arrests in this investigation".

Police said he was bailed after his initial arrest on 7 February and charged on Tuesday.

He is due to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

The other five accused were remanded in custody after appearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court in September, and are due to stand trial at the Old Bailey.
