2/2 Celena Morrison recorded video of part of the incident. She can be heard telling the trooper “i work for the mayor. I work for the mayor.” Before she gets arrested and the phone keeps recording audio after.

Philadelphia City Office of LGBT Affairs Executive Director, Celena Morrison,51, & husband, Darius McLean,35, arrested by @PAStatePolice after traffic stop on Vine Street Expressway 9AM this morning. Charges include resisting arrest, of justice & disorderly conduct. 1/2
