As lawfag, I found what this "chick" did was absolute genius.
But as I explained to spouse anon, you don't have to even get into what she did with the fake corporate government stuff.
A simple cease and desist letter sent certified, containing certain facts and the threat to sue them for civil battery and murder II would work.
I would have the letter checked by an attorney before I did it, but I am seriously collecting the necessaries to do it.

Last time I was in law school, anyone could be forced into a state of "knowledge" by service of process containing the "knowledge" itself.
Once you serve them, they are automatically charged with the knowledge.

You can get negligent homicide. Prolly has a one year sentence (at least in my state). Since the idiots were panicked to hell, with a government breathing down their necks, we might be able to get them for the negligence, maybe. Ok, lets get nasty. Perhaps they were taking bribes?

You have to make them more scared of the people in your community, and what will happen to them, so that they don't take the money next time, cuz not worth it.
Wanna bump these idiot city councils and school boards, even police departments and Mayors, hospital administrators etc into "Murder 2" charges?
