A Catholic Experience

So for the last like 5 years or so I had been going to a Latin Mass parish, and over time I noticed that there was a strong anti-Trump sentiment there. They hid it well and for a long time, but their take on everything is that the Church should rule everything and there is no room for anything else. I noticed that they enforced TITHING (give 10% of your income to the Church), and they actively went to great lengths to hide pedophile priests, which was weird because I went there thinking the latin mass parishes weren't going to be so lousy with that, but they are, or at least the specific denomination of latin mass society I was going to.

I write this while thinking about how the pope is going to have a terrible May. My hope is that they either clean out their parishes of evil (unlikely), or that they be exposed for what they are. I still trust the Bible, but I can't see any organized religion as anything other than a scam. It would be nice if it were different, but it isn't, and I can't blind myself to the Truth.

Anyone who adheres to the Truth and is a Catholic should be ready for whatever comes out and whatever you learn. It isn't easy, and most of the people you're around will side with evil over good. Prepare to learn a lot of unpleasant truths. Pray and understand that evil always dresses up as someone "nice," and try not to be shocked as I was.

A good rule of thumb is to be wary of anyone advocating for things that go against your own best interests, or against our countries best interests. Be wary of groupthink.
