Perhaps the Colorado court should be dissolved as they cannot follow the constitution or rule of law.
Secretary Griswold has issued the following statement:
"The United States Supreme Court has ruled that states do not have the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. In accordance with this decision, Donald Trump is an eligible candidate on Colorado’s 2024 Presidential Primary."
I thought that the Supreme court ruled that Trump couldn't be banned under the 14th Amendment because there is no evidence that he committed insurrection and he has not been convicted of such.
As usual the Dems try to twist everything rather than admit the truth.
