how do you tell the difference?
when I read the bible how do I know what is true, especially if I do not listen to others, especially pastors. Is that where you have to answer discernment.
so how can it be verified, so that which I am being shown I know it to be true? Is it when you get together with others and you agree on something so that means it is true or is there another way to show the veracity of what is being seen?
that is great to know that everything I read in the bible is 100% god sent. Otherwise I might be tempted by the devil.
so I have to trust what I hear after what I read and not trust what others say even though many gather and all claim to speak for Jesus? Is it better to just keep your mouth shut? It seems that so many people talking and not really listening .

why is it bliblical then if bits of it are missing? would that not potentially change the story if chapters were missing.
