I think someone tried to take down the internet, and the good guys intervened. Comms to us appears to have played out via posts (to me, anyways) that the good guys overcame the outage.
Yesterday, Underwater Internet Cables cut (https://edition.cnn.com/2024/03/04/business/red-sea-cables-cut-internet/index.html) Prolly at Notable at the time, but I didn't dig back that far.
