🚨Pfizer Lawsuit Update: When the DOJ seeks to intervene for the purpose of dismissal, it must be done in good faith and they must show good cause to do so.
Given their actions in this case for the last 3 yrs, 5 mths & 18 days now, it’s impossible to claim to act in good faith or justify allowing Pfizer to commit fraud on the FDA for ANY reason!
But here, the DOJ argues their good cause is that they don’t want to expend resources and because Robert Califf, Peter Marks, and a publication in JAMA says the shots are safe!

His conception of family (not just the nuclear family, but extended family as well) is something we've lost here in the US
It's to the point where we consider it a privilege to have married parents. Or to have a close-knit extended family network nearby. They've become the exception, when they used to be the rule.
And while those things are blessings, they shouldn't be privileges. They should just be normal. And they shouldn't be envied. They should be revered.

Alito continued an administrative stay of a lower court order that had paved the way for Texas officials to enforce SB4, one of the toughest state immigration laws in U.S. history. The National Health Services announced Tuesday that U.K. gender clinics will no longer prescribe puberty blockers to children. Puberty blockers will now only be available to minors who are participating in clinical research trials. The ruling follows a public consultation of the issue and a 2020 NHS England-sanctioned independent review of gender transition surgeries and hormone therapy for minors. “Ending the routine prescription of puberty blockers will help ensure that care is based on evidence, expert clinical opinion and is in the best interests of the child,” Health Minister Maria Caulfield said in a statement to The Independent.
