Note: of course, there is the sun logo all over that video to copy right the video. so this does actually prove it is fake other than it does not look like kate middleton.

UK anon here, The time stamp for the Kate video is 20:13. If it was taken at 8PM it would have been pitch black outside. This video was taken in the summer. Its a screen grab.
