Somehow I feel responsible for not ending all these conflicts, but how do you deal with people who have to impose their will upon the world? From Syria, to Gaza, Ukraine, and anywhere else these conflicts arise. How do we deal with an enemy that only moves in one direction, towards the kill? If you catch them, forgive them, and give the harshest of costly warnings, they will only double and triple their efforts and go back to that same direction.
