Hopefully, someday, congress will learn that you have to read it BEFORE you vote for it. Don't vote for it so that you can read it later to see what's in it. This course of action is a NO BRAINER. Congress thinks we can't see that they circulate the legislation just hours before the vote for the purpose of providing the stupidest plausible deniability. The DFs can't believe that we believe they do this accidently.
