The J6 judge who, as reported by the Gateway Pundit, trashed DJT on CNN is Judge Reggie B. Walton. Judge Walton used to play sports ball. After breaking his ankle and joining Alpha Phi Alpha, he decided to practice law. According to the NYTimes, the judge speaks openly about his low bar scores. In 2006, Judge Walton (Alpha Phi Alpha) and Judge Herbert Dixon (Omega Psi Phi) participated in a DC "Court EVENT TO CELEBRATE BLACK FRATERNITIES AND SORORITIES". Alpha Phi Alpha and Omega Psi Phi are both member organizations of theDivine Nine. In a 2007 Oral History Project PDF (116 pages) from "The Historical Society of the District of Columbia Circuit", we learn that Judge Walton got into a program "that was trying to increase the number of African-American lawyers in the country…". "…The Council on Legal Education Opportunity Program… was funded by the federal government."
