To save you the trip, the significance is that there are two ships stuck in the Baltimore Harbor that appear to be similar to the ones that Q showed us in Q#117, both in their form and their positioning.

Notice how it says "FREEDOM."? Guess what else happened on the day that ship struck the bridge:
