Developer "accidentally" builds house on womans property she refused to sell, now sues her for "unjust enrichment". She's having to pay additional taxes for the house she doesn't want, AND it now has squatters.
Any outcome other than her having a free house and all attorney costs paid is unacceptable. This is beyond fucked up.
